Location and room size
No wardrobes for clothes. Bad wifi
Nice receptionist, good location, very central, in front of a nice park, just two minutes away from Stalin museum.
It was pleasant to have a swimming pool but...
... It wasn't very clean, especially the showers. It is used as the local swimming pool of Gori, so hotel guests only have access from 8/9pm.
Everything in the hotel is starting to age, in our room some fixtures need replacement.
The mattresses are not comfortable, you can feel the springs.
We do not recommend the café/bar, our food took very long to arrive and was not tasty.

Jeśli hotel ma 4* to standard powinien być trochę wyższy, czajnik mocno zakamieniony, nie wyglądało to dobrze tak samo kran w łazience, straszny + Pani z recepcji przy zameldowaniu wzięła paszport, po czym go nie oddała, my zmęczeni po podróży nie zorientowaliśmy się, i dopiero gdy wychodziliśmy z hotelu, zwróciła nam go, a mogła przecież przynieść do pokoju lub zadzwonić, dość dziwna sytuacja
Приветливый персонал, отличное расположение в Гори. Есть лифт и бассейн, но мы в него не успели сходить.
Удачно шумно, спиши как-будто в коридоре со всей гостиницей. Дизайн номера, отдельный прикол)))
Hotel był w porządku, pokoje raczej specyficzne, mi osobiście podobało się ala przeszklenie całego sufitu. Łazienki są raczej zmyśla dobudówka w pokoju - pierwszy jaki dostaliśmy mial problemy ze spłuczka ale przy poinformowaniu recepcji zostaliśmy sprawnie przeniesieni.
Z tych mniej korzystnych: Ogólnodostępny basen w hotelu, nastawiony raczej na lokalna społeczność, nie gości; hałas z zewnątrz - ale można spodziewać się tego, ponieważ jest położony przy ruchomej ulicy. Okropnie małe wejście. Łóżka podwójne, to po prostu 2 łóżka złączone razem.

Het leek of het jonge personeel niet begreep wat er van hun verwacht werd. Gastvrijheid en service kunnen gemakkelijk beter. Bijv door dagelijks handdoeken te verversen.

Great location, in the touristic part of town. The hotel feels quite posh but is not expensive. Large, clean, comfortable room. Swimming pool looked great, though I didn't use it. Staff were polite.
I arrived with a bike and, to park it, was directed to go around the back via a long route when it would have been much simpler to wheel my bike through the building- which I did when I left. Nobody offered to help me with the route other than a quick, "out of the hotel and 3 times right", so when I got lost I requested help- which was gladly given, to be fair. Even so, I thought it was offhand and a bad start to my stay.
Breakfast was good but from ticking items on a list. Never had this before. Most hotels anticipate your wants and just, you know, do you breakfast or at least propose some set options.
Maybe this is unreasonable but, when you book a hotel, you expect it to do some thinking for you, even if sometimes they do too much and end up treating you like an idiot. Between working everything out for yourself and being treated like an idiot, personally I prefer idiot. It's what you pay hotel prices for.
In short, I didn't think the service was very good.
Awesome place, perfect location, friendly staff and good value. We got what we wanted and would be happy to stay again. Thank you!
Pool had some restrictions and was a bit too much oriented to professional swimmers rather than hotel guests just wanting to relax in water.

La ciudad de Gori que no es especialmente atractiva, llegué por razones logísticas en mi ruta por el país. Me quedé dos noches después de haber visitado Uplistsikhe precisamente por el nivel de confort del hotel y buen precio; con la idea de hacer turismo de frontera hacia Osetia del Sur.

Bads, not comfortable ! Bad condition of bathroom! Dont have good restourant and rooms not modern. Like start of 2000ies.
