Excelente ubicación y atención
Pros:

Atención y comunicación desde el primer momento. Nada más hacer la reserva nos enviaron un mensaje con todos los datos necesarios para llegar tanto por nuestra vuelta como si queríamos hacer uso del traslado gratuito. Las vistas desde la habitación, lo mejor! Tuvimos los traslados incluidos en la reserva y aunque nuestro vuelo llegó de madrugada, nos recogieron sin ningún problema en el aeropuerto y con mucha amabilidad, la misma con la que nos recibieron en el hotel. El traslado de vuelta tuvimos que hacerlo desde un lugar diferente al hotel y tampoco hubo ningún problema. Todo facilidades y excelente comunicación!!! El desayuno increíble!!

Pros:

Une vue extraordinaire sur la ville et les montagnes entourant Tbilisi. Une très grande terrasse, le personnel est super attentif et réagit très vite à vos demandes avec beaucoup de précision et de sympathie. Les chambres sont propres et nettoyées quotidiennement.. L'hôtel est situé en ville mais pas dans la partie la plus touristique qui n'est qu'à 15 minutes à pied et donc le confort au niveau du bruit est impeccable.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver mais le personnel communique très bien et se déplace pour vous accueillir. Vous devez cependant vous arrêter à 50 mètres dans une rue perpendiculaire car les voitures ne peuvent pas s'arrêter juste devant pour vous embarquer, mais 50 mètres est ce vraiment un problème ?

Очень понравилось отношение в отеле. Приятный,отзывчивый персонал😊Завтраки очень вкусные огромные😋. Что особенно удивило так это индивидуальный подход к каждому клиенту👍.
Мы максимально были довольны персоналом.
Спасибо администраторам Отто и Александру.
А также женщине которая готовила завтраки.
Мы жили на 12 этаже виды были захватывающие.

Cons:

Единственный минус в ванной комнате. Очень мало крючков для полотенец,вещей. А также в душе не было полочек для шампуней,гелей. Но это был единственный минус)

It didn't work out for us. I won't book again at Garden view hotel

. Only the room was very good size. Staff was helpful. Location is good.view is decent

As i didnt like the hotel at all, we went to batumi and extended our stay in batumi.we only styed for one night even thoughi paid for 22 nights. When I brought those things to the attention of the manager/owner Georgi, and requested for a refund he didnt agree First of all the elevator did not go all the way to our floor (13)so we had to carry our luggage to the 13th floor where room was, even though the staff helped us but it was not expexted. .Breakfast did not meet my expectations. There was no buffet as like any other hotel. We had to inform that we will come for breakfast one day in advance. As I was traveling with a 1 year old it was very difficult ALSO, its not mentioned anywhere in the description that you will have to climb 1 flight of stairs to reach your room. Also, its NOT mentioned anywhere that you must order breakfast a day beforehand.
