Pros:

La posizione perfettamente centrale rispetto alle attività da svolgere (tour organizzati) e visitare attrazioni. La vista dalla camera offriva un bellissimo skyline della città con dei bellissimi albe e tramonti. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione fatta totalmente da loro, ma ci sarebbe piaciuto.

È stato tutto perfetto, soprattutto dall’ospitalità del personale. Niente di negativo da dire

The unique view from our room was excellent! Great distance from the hotel to the slopes for skiing.
Dinner was perfect and the staff was really friendly!

Cons:

Some additional space for storage would have been great!
More vegetarian options at the breakfast buffet would be great!

Pros:

It is a very clean and bright hotel, it smells clean, it is easy to find your way around, there is a parking space around. The balcony offers amazing views of Tbilisi. The kitchen is especially noteworthy, we had a delicious breakfast in the morning. It really deserves a lot of praise.

Pros:

Grand View Hotel Tbilisi was an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, and the view is truly breathtaking — waking up to such a beautiful panorama made the experience even more special.
The service was excellent: the staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome and taken care of.
The breakfast was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Everything was prepared with care and tasted amazing.
I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend Grand View Hotel Tbilisi to anyone who wants comfort, great service, and a beautiful view.

Overall great experience!
Pros:

Hotel admin is very accomodating and hospitable! You can contact him anytime and he will help in any way. They even gave us welcoming gifts (wine and sweets). You can ask them to arrange hotel transfer for a fee too.

The room is very comfortable. Toilet has bidet (most gcc residents will look for this) balcony has great view of the city.

Location is great. There are resturants and shops around (pharmacies, bakeries, convenience stores).
Bus stop is just a few steps away, metro is just across the street.

Highly recommended!

Главной фишкой данного отеля является вид на город. Просто потрясающе. Мы засыпали и просыпались с прекрасным видом.
Второе что бы я отметил это персонал отеля. Очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. При заезде нас угостили бутылочкой вина. И 31 декабря нам в номере накрыли стол с потрясающими сладостями, вином и шампанским. Было очень приятно!
В отеле очень чисто и уютно. Есть все необходимые принадлежности для комфортного пребывания. Так же хочу отметить расположение отеля. В пешей доступности много достопримечательностей. Можно дойти до старого города. Через дорогу находится станция метро.
В общем очень рекомендую данный отель. Если вы выбираете между этим отелем и другим, выбирайте этот не пожалеете!

That was amazing! Staff, place, location, view - ❤️

I stayed at this place for 5 nights. That was a very nice experience! This place collect a very nice combo: great view, amazong staff, delicious breakfast and very convenient location.
I'm very bad in remembering names, but administrator... Otar? Was very nice and helpful. Chef on the kitchen also very kind, nice and made amazing breakfasts (and I should mention - I'm VERY picky eater).

I stayed here for my last days as a resident of Tbilisi and I'm very glad, that I choose this plase for saying "goodbye" to Sakartvelo❤️

Cons:

First impressions about the place could be a bit... Repulsive, but give this place a try!
