Great stay.
Pros:

A great high end property, ideally located in the centre of freedom square. Keso who checked me in was great, polite and courteous and really made me feel welcome. The same can be said about the concierge and breakfast staff in the restaurant, top class service. Breakfast variety was huge, sauna was good, room size was great for a central hotel and always very clean.

Cons:

Pity the indoor pool was under maintenance but did offer to transport me to their newest paragraph hotel to use the facilities there.

Прекрасный современный отель в центре Тбилиси
Pros:

Нам попалась очень милая молодая женщина на рецепшн. К сожалению не записала ее имя. Заселялись ночью, все было готово к прибытию, и учтено наше желание иметь 2 комнаты разной категории рядом. прекрасно все нам рассказала. Комната Signature Sweet превзошла наши ожидания (сауна в номере, достаточно много встроенных шкафов). Отличная. Ресоторан в отеле тоже хороший, не дешевый, но еда разнообразная и вкусная. Дегустация вина и сыров в отеле тоже понравилась. Лаунж отличный, вкусные закуски, большой выбор алкоголя и хороший кофе.

Cons:

Завтраки немного однообразные, выбор напитков фруктов и омлетов хороший, но все остальное проигрывает немного по сравнению с другими 5 отелями. Компенсируется сервисом, сотрудники стараются чтобы все было хорошо, сервис и персонал понравился.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all expectations.
Pros:

Everything is truly exceptional, starting with the outstanding staff, who are professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The SPA is simply incredible, offering breathtaking views over and high-quality treatments performed by highly skilled professionals.
The rooms are beautifully designed in a modern and distinctive style, elegant yet refined, with great attention to detail. The dining experience is equally impressive: the rooftop bar is perfect for a unique aperitif with stunning views and delicious bites, while the ground-floor restaurant offers both Georgian cuisine and other dishes, all prepared to an exceptionally high standard. Well equipped gym with modern equipment.
A truly remarkable hotel, I look forward to visit again.

Would definitely come again!
Pros:

Quick check in, champagne offered, spa was incredible, kid friendly but catered to adults

Cons:

The headboard to the beds was aweful. I hit my head quite hard twice, this needs to be looked into.
