Cons:

Неудобный жёсткий матрас, и тяжёлое одеяло, такое чувство что оно было влажное. Завтраки все еда холодная, каш нет, и выпечки мало,очень странно для такого отеля. Ещё раз к ним не поеду

Exceptional Stay!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the spotless and comfortable rooms to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay here again!

An exceptional luxury experience—I would recommend it 100% and can’t wait to return.
Pros:

This is the best luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The room was beautiful, the facilities were exceptional, and the Japanese electronic bidet was such a thoughtful touch and incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool and saunas were excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and highly professional throughout our stay. We truly felt well looked after.

Cons:

The only issue we noticed was at breakfast one morning, when the plates had an unusual fishy smell. Other than that, everything was outstanding.
