Great value for money
Pros:

I like everything about this hotel : the location, comfortable beds, cleanness, spa, services, amazing breakfast, most of the staff is very nice too.

Cons:

As I am regular customer I find that the only thing that needs to be improved is aeration and temperature. It’s sort of always hot and not aerated enough. In the summer is very hot and impossible to air condition to acceptable chill levels, but even in the winter it is very hot and I could not lower the temperature in the room even though I have requested to open the window.
Also this time the coffee machine was broken and despite my mentioning it was not properly repaired.

Не соответствует своему позиционированию совершенно. Полное отсутствие сервиса.
Pros:

Местоположение, неплохой завтрак, номера достаточно большие и комфортные

Cons:

Сервис нулевой, все просьбы (даже самые элементарные) выполняются после неоднократных напоминаний , а то и вовсе забываются и никто при этом вам не перезванивает. Ощущение холода и полного безразличия от всего персонала отеля. Поучитесь у турков что такое сервис и гостеприимство.

Great stay.
Pros:

A great high end property, ideally located in the centre of freedom square. Keso who checked me in was great, polite and courteous and really made me feel welcome. The same can be said about the concierge and breakfast staff in the restaurant, top class service. Breakfast variety was huge, sauna was good, room size was great for a central hotel and always very clean.

Cons:

Pity the indoor pool was under maintenance but did offer to transport me to their newest paragraph hotel to use the facilities there.
