Красивый вид на старый город из фирменного номера.
Он огромный.
Очень чисто. Прекрасная уборка.
Быстрая реакция на все просьбы по телефону .
Молодые ребята на рецепшн хорошо работают

Cons:

Не совсем понятна функция портье и швейцаров , стоящих на входе.
Вместо помощи с багажом и открывания дверей , они отводили взгляд и продолжали стоять без движения у двери.
Это 5 звездочный отель . Необходимо исправить эти важные детали . Это лицо отеля

A very good hotel, if some details are improved it will be excellent.
Incredible breakfast, and till 12pm, it’s really something,
but limited space for brekfasting), the hotel is big enough though the space for breakfast is small, and it’s not very comfortable
The cleanliness is on top, a super clean room

There is an outdoor pool with incredible view

Cons:

I stayed in the economy room with bunk bedding and it’s not comfortable, a washing basin is directly in the room and the shower has no hooks to hang a towel and you enter the shower cabin directly from the room, so you come out from the shower and you are in the room with wet flip flops)) so this type of room is not for leisure and vacation just for business I would say

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Rooms Hotel. Our room had a large balcony with a beautiful view of Batumi's Old Town, and we enjoyed it every day.
The rooftop was a real highlight: a café and a swimming pool, with stunning views in every direction. We did yoga there in the mornings, which was a great way to start the day.
The breakfasts were delicious.

We would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

в целом один из лучших отелей с потрясающим завтраком
Pros:

понравилось расположение, круглый номер с видом на город, было все необходимое из принадлежностей, вкусный кофе в номере.

Cons:

нужно в срочном порядке поменять чайник. я обожгла руку, когда наливала кипяток, так как там очень неудобная ручка с металлической частью.

style of the hotel, view. and one good think that even they didn't try to fix the current situation in the end they make a one good decision.

in the room was "lake" for all my staying the roof was leaking( tried to take extra service but looks they not interesting of that/

Pros:

我住的房间洗澡水压不足，不太舒适。我搞错了洗衣的政策，导致多花了50多GEL。本来以为这个价格能够得到更多服务，但是它仅仅是达到了我的预期，没有更好的体验。
The bathroom in my room doesn't have enough water pressure, which is not very comfortable. I made a mistake with the laundry policy, resulting in an extra expense of over 50 GEL. I thought this price would offer more services, but it only met my expectations and there was no better experience.
