Place is basic, very clean, and well located, I had a really nice stay.
Pros:

It is very well located, even though it is right at the top of the street so be ready for the walk :)

The proximity to old town, convenience store, cafes, Rustaveli Avenue, makes it super convenient to get around. Natia and Honolia were both very kind and helpful, making a difference to my stay.

Cons:

There were a lot of construction work going on in the area, but that seems to be a common theme in many places in Tbilisi.

Cons:

Geldiğimizde bizi karşılayan bayanın suratı bir karıştı. Resmen nereden çıktınız dercesine davrandı. Geldiğimizde bir bardak su bile ikram etmedi. Ne desek İngilizce bilmiyorum diyerek tersledi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Pros:

Everything enough for 2 people. Also room is clean. I think best price/performance location in tbilisi.

Cons:

First thing, facility have not an elevator.
Second thing, tall people do not fit in room due to height of the room is shorter than normal.

Pros:

部屋が綺麗だった。また、連泊したらきれいに掃除してくれる。

Cons:

場所が坂道を登ったところだったため、スーツケースの人は少ししんどい。部屋が狭いため、広い部屋を希望の人はやめたほうがいいかも
