Otherwise good but it’s NOT non-smoking, so I would not stay again
Pros:

5-minute walk to the Rustaveli street, small convenience store almost next door, 20-minute walk to the old town, modern and quite clean room, fridge, microwave, kettle, 24h check-in, comfy bed and linen

Cons:

I can’t recomment this accommodation to people with asthma or sensitivity to strong smells. The description says it’s non-smoking throughout but it’s not true. Every time someone smoked in their room, the smoke travelled under the door to the corridor and into my room. I talked to a staff member about this and, although her English was extremely poor, I think she meant she can’t do anything about the smell because some of the rooms are smoking rooms. She advised me to sleep with the balcony door open which would have been impossible given it was like +3 degrees celcius outside at night. Also, since the area looks a bit rough from the outside, probably mice would have entered the room. The bathroom has a very strong smell as well (if you forget to close it while you’re away the whole room smells like carbage) and there were small ants in the room which was unpleasant.

could be nice, if the rooms were actually bigger and the washrooms didn't smell like sewage.
Pros:

bed is comfortable, hotel is nice in general, the staff was quite accommodating and the ability to check in in the middle of the night was good.

Cons:

the single rooms are too small, like a closet. no window, except for a roof window so you can't see anything. also the georgian plumbing in the washroom.. you know, it smells like sewage in there. also the bathroom/shower is so small I don't think overweight people can even get in.

Pros:

The place is near all the attractions. You have a private fridge and hairdryer

Cons:

The room was too small, but if you're spending the whole day outside, it's not a big deal. The window was also really small.
