The staff were kind, welcoming, and room’s interior design.Another advantage was the location, as it was close to many of the city’s main attractions and easy to get around on foot.

Cons:

Since we were three people, we booked a room with one double bed and one sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was almost impossible to sleep on, and it didn’t even have a proper mattress. Even though we were exhausted after long days of sightseeing, we still couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because of it.

Another disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was very limited, and the food wasn’t particularly tasty or fresh. We actually ended up having breakfast at other restaurants instead of eating at the hotel.

The neighborhood was fine during the day, but in the evening it felt a little unsafe compared to other areas of the city. That said, considering the price, it was acceptable for a short stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

اروع فندق في تبليسي من حيث النظافه والراحه لن تجد افضل منه وايضا السعر جدا مناسب ويوجد مطعم في الأسفل رائع طريقة ادارة الفندق جدا ممتازه

Ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel
Pros:

Ein schönes, kleines Hotel und sehr ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen. Ich hatte ein schönes kleines DG-Zimmer mit Balkon, einem sehr großes Bad und einem bequemen Bett. Mit Bolt wird man günstig und bequem vom Hotel abgeholt und gebracht, sehr komfortabel. In der direkten Nähe gibt es die äußerst prachtvolle Straße Davit Aghmashdenebeli, da lohnt es sich zu schlendern. Die Halbpension hat sich absolut gelohnt! Interessante Speisekarte, nach vier Tagen gab es auf unseren Wunsch hin ein nur für uns zubereitetes Essen. Zudem ein hervorragender Service in dieser Garten-Bar.

Cons:

Die Frühstückszeit beginnt erst um 08:00h, täglich. Das führte dazu, dass wir an drei von vier Tagen eine Frühstücksbox mitnehmen mussten, also nur ein einziges Mal im Hotel frühstücken konnten. War nicht so schlimm, denn die Auswahl am Frühstücksbufett ist etwas dürftig.

единственное - трудно найти поначалу. Отель расположен во дворе. Вывеска есть, но в глаза не бросается

Great place and amazing staff.
Pros:

Staff is amazing. Rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

There was a problem with plumbing system and our bathroom smelled awfully. However the staff reacted to that problem and they kept coming back to remove the smell.
