Pros:

Personnel is very nice and gentle and always ready to help!

Cons:

The room was for 2 people, however there was only one chair. The other person had to seat on the bed or on the other person’s knees😂
There was no hair conditioner in the shower cabin. The shower cabin is leaking, and there was a lake in the bathroom every time after showering.

Harika bir deneyim
Pros:

Konumu güzeldi, mahalle olarak nezih bir yerde bulunuyordu. Temiz ve bakımlı bir bina, odada klozet kısmında sıcak su ve taharet musluğu vardı (Türkler için önemli). Güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personel. Tam girişin kısmında balkonlu odada kaldığımızdan sigara içmek isteyen kişiler tercih edebilir.

Завтраки для меня были разнообразными и очень вкусными
В номере очень удобные подушки и матрасы. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые
Напор воды в душе шикарный, перебоев не было

Очень стильный и уютный отель. Не хотелось уезжать абсолютно!

Хочу поблагодарить за этот прекрасный отель всё было наилучшем качестве и персонал, и комфорт, и чистота. Номер чистый всё необходимое есть под рукой жаль только что у нас не было много времени побывать там надеюсь снова приду и буду обязательно отдыхать здесь

Один из лучших отелей в Тбилиси, где мы останавливались. Небольшой, новенький, очень стильный, каждая мелочь продумана и подчёркивает характер и дизайн отеля. В номерах (у нас было 2 одинаковых) всё идеально чисто, халаты и полотенца с брендированной вышивкой, симпатичный санузел с отличной сантехникой, запах свежести повсюду. Чай/кофе (растворимый)/чайник/холодильник/сейф — всё в наличии, в душе есть гигиенические наборы (паста+зубная щётка) и гель для душа + жидкое мыло, нормальный мощный фен. Электронные кнопки «не беспокоить» и «пожалуйста, уберите мой номер».
Особенно хотелось бы подчеркнуть наличие собственной парковки (небольшая, количество мест ограничено), т.к.отель находится в центре, где оставить машину то ещё приключение.
Отличные разнообразные завтраки, всё вкусно, хороший кофе.
И максимально дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал, который подарил нам атмосферу настоящего отдыха.
Обязательно вернёмся!
