Месторасположение хорошее, но нужно подниматься в гору постоянно. А так виды красивые. Впечатлением такое что отель выкупить денег хватило, а ухаживать за ним нет.
Отдыхали в отеле с 22-25/04/26. Заселили нас в номер где нет ни фена, ни столиков и стульев на веранде, утюга как заявлено тоже нет. В номере ужасно холодно, кондей не спасает если поставить на 30 градусов. В комнате стоит большой рейл для одежды на котором весит 4 вешалки. Верхнюю одежду на них не повесить так как они хлипкие. Вот это открытый шкаф весь в пыли, и одежду на него чистую тоже не положить. Пошли с мужем просить чтоб вернули деньги так как оставаться тут не хотим, нам сказали что так нельзя, могут просто оформить неявку так как это не выгодно отелю. В итоге мы добились чтоб нам принесли утюг и фен, и то фен на грани уже, он не сушит. Шкаф для одежды так и не протерли.
В последний день нам перенесли рейс, мы продлили номер, заплатили за это деньги, и нам не принесли даже воды, хотя мы не бесплатно попросились остаться.
Также в последний день у нас не было горячей воды, как выяснилось у них бойлер не работает. В итоге в номере градусов 15, фен не работает, воды горячей нет.
Искренне не рекомендую этот отель. На картинках и в описании одно а по итогу другое.
Персонал максимально не заинтересован в том чтоб наладить отношения.
Rooms were in basement like place . It had window , but the view was the wall in front of it .
The thing is , that it was not mentioned anywhere that the rooms would be in -1,-2,-3 floors.
Прекрасная локация. Отличные матрасы, белье, халаты чудесные. Завтрак - ужасный. Отопление не работает, на улице 7 градусов. Сломан кран в душе. Холодно и голодно, кароче.
Отсутствие отопления и бедный завтрак.

The breakfast was quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel - very limited selection, the same options every day, and little variety overall. There was also no proper hairdryer in the room, which felt unusual for this category. Unfortunately, the room faced a concrete wall instead of the city, and it was very cold.

Rummet som vi fick var iskallt! Som nere i en källare.
Frukosten var inte bra. Och personalen var helt ointresserade av att hjälpa en varje gång. Från i receptionen och i restaurangen.
