Pros:

Personal touch as owners is there every day. The breakfast is good. and the balcony view of the City is fantastic, especially in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast outdoor was the highlight of my stay.

Расположение и вид отличные, хороший завтрак, однако старый номерной фонд, требуется ремонт. Администратора пришлось жда
Pros:

Очень хорошее месторасположение и вид на город из ресторана, хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

В номерах требуется ремонт (сломана душевая лейка, плесень в душевой кабине, грязные стыки между плиткой на полу и стеной в ванной).
Ужасный вид из номера на бетонную стену и шумно от дороги, со стороны центрального входа ремонт фасада, установлены строительные леса, строительная пыль.
При запросе доплаты за номер с видом, получили предварительно подтверждение от администратора, однако в связи с тем, что номера не смогли убрать, было отказано.

Expected better, won’t choose this place again
Pros:

the view was great

Cons:

1) Sound proof is awful. Not only almost every night ( around midnight) of our stay we heard some very loud moving of furniture above us (stayed on 1st floor, room 110), we also heard all talks and laughs of our “hotel neighbors”.
2) Breakfast was included but everyday of our stay it was the same. Some variety would be nice.
3) wifi is quite weak
4) the room was outdated. looks way fresher on the pictures
5) spring mattress. We could feel the springs through the mattress, not comfortable

And just to mention, our room category wasn’t the cheapest.

Reception girl was very professional and passionate, she was alone but she handled very nicely everything.

Corridors was smelly ,barmen told us in 23:30 I can’t serve you water or any alcohol,but he can sell alcohol with soft drinks,which was not right.
