Estimados.
En mi caso no puede tomar acceso a la habitación. Desde la recepción del hotel, nos indicaron que la misma poseía una sobreventa. Por tal caso nos invitaron a reubicarnos en otra unidad el cual no cumplía con las expectativas solicitadas.
Totalmente decepcionado al respecto.
Tuve que retirarme a buscar otro alojamiento

Pesimo servicio de “hotel”

Cons:

No tuvieron en cuenta armar sofa cama. No brindaron elementos para poder armarlo. Demoras impensadas para usar el ascensor (elevador). Mal servicio de valet. El gerente nunca respondio nuestro e-mail.

O quarto espaçoso e a vista de Hollywood beach, salvam.
Pros:

Café da manhã é pago, no restaurante Terraza (restaurante anexo ao Apart-hotel). Tem algumas poucas opções em um quiosque no lobby. O quarto é espaçoso, a vista é muito bonita. Cozinha completa e bem equipada. Camas confortáveis. Mobília bem simples. O restaurante do apart-hotel é muito bom, mas os valores são elevados.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixa bastante a desejar. Isto que você será cobrado em $140 de taxa de limpeza. Poucos minutos andando descalço pelo apartamento bastam para deixar a sola do pé preta. A cozinha, apesar de ser equipada, parece ser muito mais velha do que o próprio prédio. Também achei a área da piscina pequena, não condiz com o tamanho do prédio. Na piscina, além de hóspedes e moradores, também haviam pessoas que vieram da rua para almoçar no restaurante do hotel e acabaram ficando para usar a piscina. Muito lotada e impossível conseguir uma cadeira ou espreguiçadeira. Também prepare a sua paciência para esperar o elevador em horários de pico. Demoram pra vir e quando vem estão lotados.

The lobby and location is really nice

Cons:

The bathrooms were really out dated. Mold in showers making the overall experience bad. Nice facilities nice pool but the pictures on booking do not 100% reflect the entire room.
