Pros:

The location in itself was great then add the value and we couldn't have stayed at a better place. The room was the perfect size with everything needed. I needed the front desks help and they went above and beyond to help me.

Cons:

Id say the parking was the only negative. It is rather expensive to valet, which they do offer, so we decided to street park which was a hit and a miss. This wouldn't stop me from staying again though

Camera, organizzazione e pulizia

Cons:

Parcheggio troppo costoso. 40$ al giorno è una follia e fuori non puoi lasciare l'auto prr più di due ore tra le 8.00 am e le 11.00 pm. Sarei rimasto tutta la settimana ma a queste condizioni no!

The rooms were clean and it was easy to get in and out
Pros:

Spacious rooms and clean

Cons:

The shampoo conditioner body wash were completely empty in the shower. No parking for trucks. No water in the rooms or creamer for the coffee. The TV channels were lacking.

Mint by Kasa is a great place to hang out. It's a brand I would look for in other cities.
Pros:

All around great stay. Check-in, use of space including kitchen and fridge. The room was very modern and the balcony would have great to utilize when the weather was warmer. The room was close to everything and, easily walkable. I really enjoyed the stay.

Great location
Pros:

The location was amazing and the room was pretty nice. There was a lot to do around the hotel and was a very central location. The online check in and keyless entry into the room was convenient. The room was also well stocked and the towels were nice.

Cons:

The bed was not that comfortable and there were no extra comforters. The AC also did not blow that cold.

Pros:

Great modern hotel with tall ceilings and cool industrial vibes! Amazing location in the Edge District of downtown St Pete!

Pros:

Really cute apartment, it was nice to have a full kitchen to make breakfast. We had the first floor pool view balcony the convenience of walking straight out to the pool was nice.

Cons:

The check in process was a little weird but went smoothly. Parking is difficult luckily we got street parking but there are only certain hours before you get a ticket. Valet is pricey. The floors need to be washed in our apartment, after showering I looked at my feet and they were literally back from walking around the apartment.

Would have been more desirable if....
Pros:

The overall look of the room. Location was great!

Cons:

The BED! It is a sack of potatoes. Terrible. Especially for a couple. It feels like a Futon. Not up to par with the "House" Made my stay AND my friends uncomfortable. We won't stay there again just because of the uncomfortable beds. We slept on that sack for 3 nights.

Pros:

The location was excellent - walking distance to many restaurants. Friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms.

Cons:

The lack of self parking options. No parking lot or parking garage at the hotel. Only valet was available for an extra cost.
