Disappointed in the value for what we paid.

Overall clean new property including good bathroom.

Cons:

The room has a terrible bed missing fitted sheets. With a lack of fitted sheets you wake-up on a bare mattress which is unhygienic. In addition the bed size was only full size in stead of a minimum of queen size whilst it has enough space in the room. TV was hard to operate and only worked if you personally used your streaming app accounts to get to regular channels like CNN, ABC and NBC.

If mattresses were better I would consider coming back again
Pros:

Found everything what we needed in the kitchen. Nice modern looking studio, big balcony. Spacious washroom.

Cons:

Really not comfortable mattresses. Sleeper sofa is also very disappointing. Not enough room for 4 people. Got to get another studio that to get some rest. Only two chairs to sit with very small table in the kitchen area. Fridge is loud at night.

Best stay on my 7 city trip!
Pros:

What didn’t I like about the property. The pool was amazing. The staff were amazing and helpful. I was able to check in a little bit early for free. There was an option to pay to check in at different early times for a fee, or you could ask them to text you when the room was ready and you could check in early for free. I did that and managed an hour early. St. Petersburg is such a nice place. There’s lots of nice restaurants nearby. St. Pete is very bikable, electric scooters and bikes are everywhere and the streets are pretty bike friendly. The room was so clean and comfortable.
