Parking
Roost Baltimore is a beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed hotel with spacious accommodations and a staff that could not be kinder or more helpful.
Room was clean and nice on the eyes. Literally had everything in the room, a small apartment.
I like that the property felt like a second home and the ambiance was fantastic.
Even though everything seemed well thought out, for some reason the beds are the worst part. The beds are very hard to sleep on. If the beds were fixed, the stay would be perfect. Now we have to find somewhere else to stay because the beds were made for someone who did a tour in Afghanistan.
Location. Also the concept, an apartment with most amenities, instead of a hotel room.
It looks worn down. Then3rd floor room doors are faded and scuffed. Not a good look walking down the hallway to your room. The furnishings just as bad. Carpet faded, sofa and cushions beat.
Had to pick up change that fell from my purse. Corners, floor moldings and shelves dirty. i guess housekeeping doesn’t have time to bend or pass a duster there?
Where are the plants? I stayed here during the summer, there were plants in the rooms. Now there is barely any personality to the room.
It looked dystopic.
Beautiful, nice room
Trash in elevator, smelled like liquor
Such a great feeling to the whole hotel! From the calming vibes of the lobby to the amazing “apartment” feel to our room, it was truly incredible!
A more extensive breakfast area/ proximity to a place to go get a really good breakfast would be a great addition.
Great location, very friendly staff, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen to cook, good restaurant choices in the area, nice to be able to get a small apartment for the family
Some light and noise from outside the building, rooms above, or hallway can disturb sleep. But overall the hotel is really nice! Would stay here again.
Lovely and spacious. Good location.
Needs a mirror other than in the bathroom. Of course, I’m sure you’ve heard before that parking is not good. It’s very inconvenient!!
