Important information:

Please inform Sonder Ceros in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. There is no cable or parking onsite. We have provided a Roku TV for streaming. Theres a gap between the bedroom wall and ceiling, which is open to the living room.Intra stay cleanings are available upon request 24 hours in advance for an additional fee. You may hear construction noise from renovations in the lobby. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Pros:

The room and the location were great. Everything was clean and useful.

Cons:

I asked for a 3pm check in time, which is the normal check in time at most hotels and airbnbs. We had an event to get ready for and wanted to check in and change before heading out. It was difficult to know who exactly to send the message to, but I send it through the Sonder app and another email that was on reservation confirmation. It was not clear to whom to communicate with. I was told there would be an additional $20 fee for every hour of early check in. This is reasonable, but having such a late check-in makes it necessary for many. The communication was very unfriendly, probably an AI response.

Would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge and a less complicated coffee machine. The shower head could be improved

Pros:

Very spacious apt with lots of mod cons and ability to wash clothes. Also liked the big fridge freezer with ice/water. Area is quiet and has lots of breweries / food places. Also easy to get into downtown on lime bikes.

Cons:

As expected there was no desk or staff. So used app for any issues I had which was all good.

So much potential, repairs needed.
Cons:

Door lock and dryer were both broken prompting a lot of communication with staff. Two of us got locked in the bathroom at separate times and it was terrifying. Very lacking in towels for 3 people.

Great stay, location, and price.
Pros:

This was a great location for getting to different areas within RiNo. We used scooters for longer rides, and bikes to get to Confluence Park.

There were pods for doing laundry in our unit, which was extremely helpful. Bed was firm and didn't sag in the middle.

It was really exactly what we needed. No specific frills, no check-in desk, just a very minimal experience, which we loved. There is nothing I would have changed.

Will definitely stay again next time
Pros:

Super clean, huge apartment, got 2br instead of 1 which is cool, fully equipped kitchen: you can cook if you need. Washing and drying machines, and pods included which is nice

Cons:

A bit noisy, weak soundproofing but they provide free earplugs

Great location. Kitchen. comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen needed a few more things. There was no cutting boards, needed basics like salt and pepper, maybe some olive oil.
The luggage storage was limited.

Terrible customer service
Cons:

This was by far the most difficult and frustrating booking experience that I have had in years, and I travel a LOT! First, I received an email rejecting my check-in time. Then, I kept getting confirmation request emails from Sonder with links, but the links never worked. After about the 5th one over several days, I just had to call them, which wasn't an easy process. I was sorely disappointed in this location's service as a Marriott member. The staff were incredibly unhelpful in all requests. I would not book here again.

Pros:

Property itself was clean and nice, if a bit sparse. We had continuous issues getting hot water and had to wait forever until Sonder customer service answered our text (they never did answer our phone call). On the second day with tricky hot water, the Sonder person texted that I wasn’t using it properly? It’s a shower so I just expect to turn it on and get hot water. Anyhoo, despite a few surprising cold showers, I guess it was decent. Not great parking so be prepared. Also, your door code does not work until 4 pm, not a minute less.

It could use a spice rack and maybe complimentary oil, salt + pepper. Very stingy with supplies such as dish pods as well.

Pretty Good Stay in Denver
Pros:

Other than the soft keypad on the front door, we had a great stay. But the keypad really caused us some frustration—it just didn’t work. Finally another guest helped me access the virtual key from my phone and things got better!
I spoke multiple times to agents via the app and text—but they didn’t know how to solve the access issue. The app appears to be useless.

Location for this property is great. A couple of blocks to walk to the airport and Union Station train. Lots of fun places to eat and drink on Larimer Street—but no grocery nearby which kind of sucks since the room is equipped for a long stay.
