Wilton River Suites (Adults Only)

My husband and I stayed in the same apartment at Wilton River Suites twice in December 2025. The place is stunning. I would say that you shouldn’t stay here if you don’t like luxury fixtures and decor in a quiet, convenient and picturesque setting. The amenities are too numerous to list and the onsite host were always at our service even though there was nothing lacking with the entire experience. I WILL definitely stay here again depending on availability. I cannot over state how strongly I recommend this property.

I spent two nights at this upscale resort, as an escape from 'real life'. The building is in a very quiet, Middle River waterfront location, with residential neighbors and gorgeous river and pool views from the suite.
I stayed on the 3rd floor, and my only complaint was I could hear the folks walking above me (the flooring is either tile or wood, I can't remember). So, next time I believe I'd want to reserve a top floor room. I didn't take advantage of the facility's many amenities, including the pool, hot tub, work out room, etc. Parking and check-in were both easy.
I met up with Lincoln, who I met a couple years ago, when he was managing another upscale resort in Ft. Lauderdale. He not only remembered me, but recognized my name from the reservation and was very welcoming, as he's always done. He's such a great asset to any establishment, but particularly when you're paying good money, and looking for that 'personal touch'.
I"ll go back for sure, with my hopes to stay on a top floor room. The rooms are incredibly well appointed, across the board. Linens, robes, towels, soaps, coffee, snacks, water, etc. You can count on a top 10% stay at this resort. It was very quiet, but I would imagine when the facility is more full, that it's also very sociable. Just the kind of place to unwind, chill, and relax.

Excellent attention to detail throughout our stay. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, the towels were plush and high-quality, and the variety of pillows was truly stellar—perfect for any type of sleeper. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the cute on-site mini gym for a quick workout and the complimentary bikes, which were a great touch.

The location was ideal—central to everything—making it easy to get around the city or have food delivered with no hassle.

A couple of minor suggestions for improvement: adding rug stays to all area rugs would greatly improve safety, as some tended to slip. Additionally, a bit more attention to maintenance on items like ironing boards and bathroom furniture would be helpful—some drawers slipped off their tracks, and the ironing board was difficult to use.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which really enhanced the experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the location and atmosphere. The rooms were very spacious and all amenities were included. Ken, the manager, was very attentive to our needs and was able to secure a letter check out so we could enjoy the area longer given our late flight out. Highly recommend this resort.

Second time staying here- it’s completely “on point”, they’ve thought of absolutely everything and the apartment is amazingly well stocked. The pool, spa and kayak facilities are perfect and the staff warm and engaging.

I will stay here again for sure and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Wilton Manors

From the start and making the reservation to our arrival and stay, what a truly wonderful and amazing experience! The room/suite was a perfect home away from home, and Ken helped make our stay even more enjoyable! We’re definitely staying there again!

This resort exceeded all expectations! Great location, amenities galore, and a fantastic staff. Ken was very attentive and accommodating. We will be back for sure.

Great location and unit is beautiful. Only place we stay when we visit Wilton Manner.

Location is super walkable to Wilton Drive, the atmosphere is welcoming, the onsite staff, Lincoln, was super friendly and available for any of my needs, and the property is absolutely beautiful. It was definitely a great value in terms of cost as well!

Malcolm is a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and truly helpful. The apartment was spotless, well-prepared, and exactly as described on the website. The location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around, yet the place remained calm and quiet throughout our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again

Wilton River Suites is awesome! The “hotel” and the rooms are modern, super clean and well stocked with cookware should you decide to eat in. I use parentheses with hotel because my suite was a really nice 1 bedroom apartment and felt more like a home than a hotel. The water pressure in the shower as strong and having a dishwasher and a washer and dryer made vacationing here so much more relaxing than other places to stay. The owners, David and Ken, as well as the manager, Lincoln, couldn’t have been more accommodating. And, the location is great, walking distance to Wilton Drive and right on a river’s edge. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to stay yet close to all the action. I highly recommend a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. The one-BR suite was clean, well appointed, fully stocked and we felt like we were living large. We kayaked, swam in the pool, used the fitness room. All were in excellent shape. They even had free bikes to rent. Ken and David were exceptional hosts that we got to know at their Happy Hour. They have built a real winner here. I brought family that live here locally and they were very impressed and will send future guests here as well.

What an incredible discovery! Before I even arrived at Wilton River Suites, the team was incredibly helpful. This one-of-a-kind boutique hotel truly offers outstanding hospitality. The location along the river's edge is absolutely perfect. My room was spacious and thoughtfully arranged for the most relaxing stay imaginable. I felt completely at home and didn't want to leave. The nightly happy hour was a fantastic opportunity to mingle with fellow guests. I cannot wait to return again and again!

Fabulous stay at Wilton River Suites. It began with a text message with check confirmation, instructions on where to park, codes to access lobby and room. Upon check in were treated to spacious apartment accommodations that far exceeded our expectations from photos and descriptions. After settling in we met co owner, Ken who showed us around the property and suggested a few activities including dinner spot. The property has an apartment home vibe. Nice touches like room snacks, fobs to access amenities, and plenty of reading material on the surrounding area. My only negative is we shoulda hung longer than one night!

Very clean, spacious and well appointment apartments stocked with everything for convenience and comfort. Beautiful grounds right on the river with all of the amenities that go above and beyond including gym, pool, hot tub, bikes and kayaks. Perfectly situated close to restaurants, shopping, and clubs. Ken, the Innkeeper is very kind and hospitable. I will look forward to coming back and highly recommend Wilton River Suites Resort.

Amazing. I would highly recommend a stay at Wilton River Suites Resort. My accommodation was spacious and meticulously detailed and clean. The facilities and grounds are simply lovely. And right on the river.

Just lovely, so clean, spacious, nicely appointed and perfect for an extended stay. Plenty of room, nice pool area, on the canal with activities...easy safe parking and so close to everything. Just loved it.

I have known the owners for almost 15 years and they are the best of the best! The apartments are very big, beautifully styled and have everything you need. We stayed in a one bedroom and there was more than enough space and the views were spectacular overlooking the pool and river. The staff and owners are friendly, very present and truly care about providing the best experience. What’s great is that there are not hundreds of units like a hotel. Everyone gets to know one another and you end up leaving with new friends and memories!

The accommodations were clean and up-to-date. We spent 2 weeks in order for me to recover from surgery. The bed was comfortable, room was dark, and it was quiet. Lincoln made sure that we had what we needed and provided information on local eateries. There is a dedicated spot for parking and easy access to the building. The atrium was bright and welcoming. Please note: This is an adults only hotel. Dress code was optional to the extreme.
