Pros:

We loved the space and location to the French Quarter, but it was very dirty outside the building. There were dead rats on the street adjacent to the building that we walked past each day to get to the French Quarter. There was also street construction all around the building, so it caused a lot of noise and having to walk around it was not ideal. The inside of the condo was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and we would definitely stay there again. The floors appeared clean, but I would say that the floors needed to be mopped because the bottoms of our socks would be black if we didn’t wear our shoes. Everything else was excellent though and again, we would return. The conditions around the property were just not good which hopefully can be corrected in the near future.
