Nice apartment with everything you need. No personal, just key-boxes. Worked out good tho.

Cons:

The parking fees were inappropriate. No free parking, having to pay every time you go in the parking garage, no day-pass or anything. Ended up paying up to 30 bucks for parking each day.

I really enjoyed the swimming pool . By far the best pool I have been in for a while . The

The breakfast was amazing . It helped me out financially. The guests were all welcoming as well. The property is very well kept, and in a good area for taking little waking trips. I'd definitely stay again.

Cons:

It was a little cold in the house. One might want to bring a sweater or pj's.

Pros:

The place was clean and quite. Comfortable bed and having a separate lounge with an automatic free assorted coffee dispenser was a convenient touch. Although, the apartment had a kurig coffee maker. Also nice pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

It was a somewhat stressful check in, being it was totally automated. No live person to check in. Just a series of texted messages with codes and directions. Also, there was a precheck in that was a bit invasive, which included having a photo taken by the management company.

Place was nice. Everything was convenient which the parking was in the upfront cost even at five or $10 a day. It’s better than teen.

The property was good. Only problem I had was returning and getting my keys. When I tried to return my keys it was difficult it wasn’t taking my fob I did call customer service they helped but it take 20min to try and fix. I just wasn’t a fan of that. Otherwise good stay

I loved my stay at the Mint. The property had so much to offer & it was sooo peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again. The only downside was paying for parking everytime you leave the garage versus it being Included or a base rate.
