Enjoyable and comfortable
Pros:

Great location, room was very cute and cozy, bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up, had actual hot water (unlike some hotels have luke warm water to shower in). The staff was accommodating when we got there, they had us on the top floor but me nor my husband could walk upstairs so she moved us downstairs. I would stay here again.

Completely miserable and awful

Cons:

Shower was broken. Pillows were more lump than soft. Had to call a phone number to check in. Original room was already occupied, had to be reassigned a new room at check in (standing outside in the rain). Had no prior indication that anything i experienced would even remotely be a possibility.

Don't know if I will stay here again.
Pros:

I like that it is clean. You can tell it's an older facility but the beds are comfortable and they have prettied the place up.

Cons:

When we got to our room there was a TV but it didn't work at all. We didn't have a coffee maker. The ice machine on the facility didnt work so no ice.The next day the facility Mgr. got us a TV and a coffee maker.

Good time and worth the dime
Pros:

Great location and close by the strip for a very good price.

Cons:

It’s not all stylish but really worth it to be close and good parking. Most people look at the other hotels for amenities but if you stay in Gatlinburg you’re going to enjoy the strip.

Cons:

Lighting not good, bulbs out or not working. No working vent in bathroom. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Coffee pot needed to be cleaned. Water pressure could be better. Seating in room could be better.

Bad lodge!

Room 110 had bedbugs so they moved us to a different room the heat kept going on n off not really heating the room and kept knocking the TV kept digitalising so really couldn't watch a whole lot no vending machines well let me rephrase that there were vending machines but everyone of them was broken ice machine was broken also room had ants in the bathroom they also didnt clean the room while we was away for the day either they have Keurig coffee machine in room but no coffee pods to put in it and no pot to use the other side they boast about you can drink coffee like your at home but no way to drink coffee without pods not much sugar and creamer either bath rags were stained up also I wouldn't recommend anyone else staying here until they get rid of bed bugs and ants and fix everything else thats wrong.

Horrible experience!
Pros:

The location in Gatlinburg was the only good thing about this hotel.

Cons:

The staff is rude and not organized on late check ins. The shower had a whole in the ceiling where the shower upstairs dripped a lot of water right over our shower head could not even shower Plaster falling down. People lingering outside all night on balconies. Smelled horrible inside air u it made loud banging noises all night. Really bright lights shining in windows at night. Key cards in lock boxes on doors with the room number as to open the box. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT STAYING HERE.
I talked to them and they only said sorry, we will have maintenance look at it as if it wasn’t there for weeks or longer.

Unacceptable.
Pros:

I did not stay at Timber Lodge due to the unacceptable condition of the room. Upon arrival, there was a strong unpleasant odor, and the blankets and pillows were visibly stained. The overall cleanliness was poor and did not meet basic sanitary standards, so I chose not to occupy the room.

I requested a refund at the time, but I have not yet received it. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Timber Lodge. Upon entering the room, I was immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor. The blankets and pillows were visibly stained, and the overall condition of the room was clearly unclean and unsanitary.

Due to these unacceptable conditions, I did not stay in the room and left shortly after arrival. This was not a matter of preference but basic cleanliness and health standards that were not met.

I requested a refund at the time, as I did not occupy the room, and was advised to follow up through Booking.com. However, I have yet to receive my refund, which is very frustrating.

I expect this issue to be addressed promptly. This experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this property based on the condition of the room and lack of resolution.

It was a place to sleep
Pros:

Location was pretty great. Less than 10 min walk to food and the aquarium wasn't far, either.

Cons:

We lost power! Neighboring room used their microwave and from that point on we couldn't use our tv or microwave and the staff couldn't figure out how to get it back on.
