Not recommended
Pros:

The room decor was cute.

Cons:

The front desk worker was very hard to understand & didn’t tell me my room number just the passcode to get in. After trying several doors I found my room, the room had a musty smell & was outdated. Several outlets did not work in the room & the main door has a crack to where you can see out in to the parking lot. Then once I tried to lay down and get some rest, the people in the room next to mine body slammed the door to their room, were wrestling & talking so loud. I only ended up staying in the room for maybe a hour and decided to leave when the people next door were smoking cigarettes and the smell was so strong in my room. I ended up leaving and made the two hour drive back home and finally got there at 4am.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

No one works there, lamp no lightbulb, water was cold then fire then cold again, had to request towels and then 2 days later, received them by calling the emergency number. Towels that were brought were stained so had to go buy our own. Random ppl hanging around in lawn chairs in front of our window smoking pot every night, PATHETIC...

It was still fun.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Close to downtown. Great location

Cons:

Wasn't as nice as it showed to be. Didn't have a pool like it said.

Enjoyable and comfortable
Pros:

Great location, room was very cute and cozy, bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up, had actual hot water (unlike some hotels have luke warm water to shower in). The staff was accommodating when we got there, they had us on the top floor but me nor my husband could walk upstairs so she moved us downstairs. I would stay here again.

Completely miserable and awful

Cons:

Shower was broken. Pillows were more lump than soft. Had to call a phone number to check in. Original room was already occupied, had to be reassigned a new room at check in (standing outside in the rain). Had no prior indication that anything i experienced would even remotely be a possibility.

Don't know if I will stay here again.
Pros:

I like that it is clean. You can tell it's an older facility but the beds are comfortable and they have prettied the place up.

Cons:

When we got to our room there was a TV but it didn't work at all. We didn't have a coffee maker. The ice machine on the facility didnt work so no ice.The next day the facility Mgr. got us a TV and a coffee maker.

Good time and worth the dime
Pros:

Great location and close by the strip for a very good price.

Cons:

It’s not all stylish but really worth it to be close and good parking. Most people look at the other hotels for amenities but if you stay in Gatlinburg you’re going to enjoy the strip.

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Lighting not good, bulbs out or not working. No working vent in bathroom. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Coffee pot needed to be cleaned. Water pressure could be better. Seating in room could be better.
