La ubicación es excelente, el Golden Triangle de Denver tiene grandes cosas por descubrir. El personal fue muy amable en la bienvenida y estancia tanto por whatsapp como presencialmente en Acoma House. Excelente opción para disfrutar Denver

The staff is clearly responsible, and refunded a substantial portion of my cost after I complained.
Pros:

The property is bright, clean and attractive. Staff was not on hand for reception, but communication via text was very good. The apartment was spacious with a complete kitchen.

Cons:

The shower was adequate but not very convenient, suspended over an old fashioned tub with a surround curtain. The main problem was noise from upstairs at bedtime. Even with earplugs I struggled to sleep.

Stylish, attractive, comfortable apartment-like hotel in an ideal location.
Pros:

Loved the decor; each room painted and designed by a different artist. Free bottled water, toothbrush and tooth care. Great to have access to a washing machine and dryer (took coins or an app). Terrific location by art museum, good restaurants. It's a suite, and I loved having a well-equipped, full kitchen and living room. Comfortable bed and sofa.

Cons:

I'm 70, so having the shower inside a lovely clawfoot tub made me feel I was taking my life into my hands everytime I showered--no grab bar or anything--but so pretty! If I had confidence in getting out, would have loved to take a bath instead of a shower. Bedroom was too hot--I couldn't figure out how to modify the temperature for the oscillating fan--or maybe that's not where the controls were.

Pros:

The rooms are tastefully decorated and I liked the exposed brick walls.

Cons:

The amount of people openly using drugs in the alleyway. I didn't feel unsafe, just had to be extra alert.

Pros:

Limpio, céntrico, atención al cliente por email rápida. En general excelente! Lo recomiendo sobre todo por su relación calidad precio.

Cons:

Podrían haber dado el código de la wifi sin que lo pidiera. Si lo dieron de alguna manera antes, no me enteré. Así que mas facilidad con esto

The location, easily accessible to the city! The colors of room 208 as well as the view.

Cons:

PARKING, the hotel is on the pricey side which is understandable it is absolutely adorable and you cant beat the location...BUT paying $24 a day for parking is INSANE. I hope y'all work something out for parking in the future because this hotel is way to perfect to not have parking for the building!
