Not worth a stay
Pros:

I traveled all day long. I landed in Philly at 1 am. By the time I picked up my car and got to my hotel suite it was 2 am. I parked after realizing the "suits" are just fancy motels. Hookers walking around and other groups of people. My room reeked of cigarettes. For the price this was crazy. I immediately checked out and found something else.

Cons:

No one is getting back to me because I'm requesting a refund.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood felt unsafe and the room felt very nasty.
Pros:

Location was fine, about 7mins away from the airport.

Cons:

The room had a dirty feeling. There were multiple stains on the carpet and on the couch. The bed was uncomfortable and small. The shower had white paint strokes everywhere and gave the feeling of an abandoned place.

Pros:

At my stay I was put in a room where there was mold in drain pool had hanging electrical light out and they gave a man the same room as me and as I finally lay down to sleep after a rough day and room changing a man come and my room is while we’re all sleeping and I hear my daughter screaming

Pros:

Staff were nice, location was ok close to airport.

Cons:

Cigarette burns all over counters in my room. The place felt dirty. Spilled food on ottoman. No shuttle service from airport to hotel.

Outstanding location.
Cons:

Outstanding location. Eminities could be better. Customer service very lacking. Staff seemed like it was a bother to check me in and answer any questions. Weekday staff was much better. No hot water in the shower.
