Pulito all esterno , sporco in camera
Pros:

Comodo per la vicinanza all aeroporto, nessun fastidio dagli aerei. Appartamento spazioso.Esterni curati. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile. Colazione non varia ma abbondante.

Cons:

Pulizia scarsa , moquettes vecchia e macchiata , Cucina: dotazione assente( no posate,no pentole, niente!)

Cons:

La piscine était dans un état pitoyable. Impossible de se baigner. Les poubelles dans les allées était pleines de détritus et boite de pizza. Le petit dej deguelasse. Moi je recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Les photos ne reflètes pas la réalités. Dommage

The toilet was clogged and we had to use The toilet in other places. It was mentioned to the gentleman at the desk when we checked out! But we do like the convenience of your hotel.

Affordable but terrible
Pros:

Came with a kitchen & it was affordable for the night.

Cons:

Smelled like someone was smoking a cigarette right beside you at all times. Bugs, mainly potato bugs all over, in the kitchen to behind the toilet, (which came full with nasty, unflushed sh!t water for us too) The upstairs guest decided it was appropriate to stay up till 4am partying, and we could hear everything while we tried to go to sleep to prepare for the drive home the next day.

It pretty much sucked. The vending machines were broken so no bottled water. The reception lady could have cared less

The reception agent was terrible. No customer service. She grunted and huffed at us.

Cons:

The bathroom was painted over so many times and peeling from ceiling.
The floor was so slippery we wiped with towel and towel was black. The couch was so old and stained we didn’t dare sit on it.

Pay extra to stay in the city
Pros:

Check-in staff was friendly and it was close to the airport and the landscape was tidy. Unfortunately, that is just about all the nice I can say about my stay. I've stayed at roadside motels that were nicer. The mattress was comfortable, even if I was worried that I would catch something by sleeping on it, and the room was large (but with so much dirt and ick to look at, this wasn't a bonus)

Cons:

There was black mold on the ceiling coming from the air vent, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in maybe a decade - I chose to not run the A/C to avoid pushing more of it into the air, despite it being mid July and warm. The curtains had a very thick layer of dust. The outside door barely closed. I pushed a heavy table up against it when I slept for a sense of safety. The bathroom door didn't close and the door frame was split. I saw roaches. There were flies in the room and the carpet had a moistness to it that was very disturbing. The walls and headboard of the bed had smears of stuff on them. I wiped down every service that I touched or laid anything on - and it was rare that my wipe came away unsoiled. Ew.

Pros:

Our stay was overnight due to unexpected travel interruption. We were happy just to be able to have a comfortable place to spend the evening seeing that most hotels around the Philadelphia Airport were booked due to FIFI World Cup play. I cannot make any comparison concerning an extended stay vs overnight. The accommodations for overnight were comfortable for us and the breakfast bar provided was plentiful and welcoming.
