Gut gelegene Wohnung in Hollywood. Es war sauber und funktional, einzig die Kommunikation ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. An der Tankstelle um den Block gibt es einen super Mex Foodtruck, sehr empfehlenswert.
Im Moment ist in der Nähe eine Baustelle, die haben wir aber nur morgens gehört. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung.

Beds were good altough the bed covers were stained everything else was good.

Good size Apartment for a family trip with parking. Apartment was clean & well furnished.

It was a nice place location wise near Hollywood. But our door had a broken strike plate that made it difficult to open/close the door and when i message the property owner they left me on read. The toilet of the larger room was not fully installed on the floor and would move whenever one would sit on it. We were not told of the ant problem, we could not leave any food unattended on the counter tops, ants would appear within 30 minutes. You can hear the neighbors from all over, even then building next to us and the street. There is free parking but if you end up at the apartment we got its a spot next to the parking garage door that if a slightly larger car parked next to us it made it impossibly to get in on either side without scratching/dinging the other car.

We picked this place because it was near the hollywood bowl and other places we planned on attending. Nice layout 2bd and 2bath. Nice quiet neighborhood, secure parking garage. Rooftop views of hollywood sign and downtown LA! There were only a few cons with our stay..there were no sheets for either bed..only a fitted sheet for the mattress and a comforter. I dont know anybody who sleeps with only a comforter. We went and bought our own sheet sets from the store! We had a battle with ants in the bedrooms and the sitting areas in the living room! We were told to use the bug spray from under the sink to spray the baseboards. I believe this is a common problem with this apartment..because the spray was readily available. And the fact that we had to handle the problem didnt sit well with us! The roku smart TV was difficult to manage also. All and all it was a nice property that met our needs, despite a few things that can be easily taken care of. But if i was asked to stay here again..i definitely would. Thanks again for making my 1st trip to LA a great one.

This apartment worked out well for our family of 4. Having a separate bedroom for the kids was a must. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It is a top-floor unit so there was no noise from the neighbors.

Pros:
- Good location. Easy access to 101 freeway, Universal Studios, Hollywood.
- Very friendly and communicative host. We were able to check in early and the instructions were very clear.
- Designated parking in the attached garage.
- Spacious and clean apartment with very comfortable beds.
- Washer and dryer in-unit.

Cons:
- There was a lot of street noise at night. We slept with a white noise machine, but were still woken up by loud cars and motorcycles at night.
- There were a limited number of plates, cups, and silverware. There were only 4 spoons, so we had to wash the silverware after every meal in order to have enough for the next meal.
- There were no hand towels in the entire apartment. There were plenty of bath towels, but I found it odd that there were no hand towels or wash cloths for the bathrooms.
- The main light in the hall bathroom was extremely dim, so it was basically impossible to shave, apply makeup, etc. in that bathroom

This was a great apartment in a good location. Safe secure parking. Ease of access to garage and room with codes. Suites family needs well. Would recommend highly.

Stayed for a week for spring vacation with teenage kids. It’s an apartment building, conveniently located near Walk of fame & Universal studio.
It had enough space for a family of 4, full size kitchen & reasonably comfortable beds.
In terms of amenities there was just bare minimum. No cutting board or any baking tray for the oven.
There was no toilet paper in the apartment on our arrival. But was delivered next morning with apologies & a bottle of wine. Nice gesture, was appreciated.
Communication was good, however I did not receive instructions one day prior. But on request everything was sent to us immediately.
It says “no smoking of any kind”, but the smell of weed was creeping into the rooms from outside even with closed windows. We did not like that.
Parking is convenient and it seems to be safe area.
In overall, it was ok stay.

It was really good for family. If I visit LA again, I will definitely book it again.

The parking spaces can only park regular size vehicle, although we were told that we can park the other vehicle in the handicap space, but there's another vehicle parked there when needed. The towels felt damp and smells, good thing is we have a dryer in the room.

Just got back from my vacation and this property far exceeded my expectation's. The property is so close to Hollywood and is a central point to a lot of locations. It's in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need to come back to after a long day out.

Excelente para hospedagem em família. Apartamento muito bem estruturado e em ótima localização.

This property was comfortable and very clean. But it lacked basic necessities. There was toilet paper, but no Kleenex. There wad shampoo, but no conditioner. It felt very bare bones. But the location and parking were good.

가족성인 4인 이용하였는데 매우 만족한 여행이였습니다.
할리우드 거리까지 걸어서 관광하는데 전허문제가 되지않았습니다.
4박을 하셨는데 대체로 주변이 인전하다고 느겼습니다.
우리가족은 주로 걸어다니거나 우버를 이용하였는데 차량을 렌트해서 다녀도 좋을것 같습니다.
기회가 된다면 다시 숙박하고 싶네요.

Great place! Great área! Will be Back soon!

The place is very dirty all throughout, specially the floor. Found breadcrumbs on the floor and it was very dusty though the host assured me it was cleaned. I requested to get it cleaned but they didn’t clean it and was told that guests wear their shoes and slippers inside the unit. All we want is to walk in socks to rest our tired feet. The property smells musty as you walk through the door. The couch is dirty specially the one in the corner. The beddings are of really cheap quality, not comfy at all. The exhaust and the washing machine are MOLDY.

On the positive side, we had an easy check-in and check-out. The property is very spacious which is good for big group traveler. The parking space is safe too and free.
