Loved it!
Pros:

loved the location and all the modern amenities. The bathroom was amazing with the large shower. Kitchen and living space were wonderful and bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

I had to call to get entry information as they never contacted me to give me that information.

They said they would send the check-in information to the hotel and room via e-mail 3 hours before check-in, but there was no e-mail and we had to wait 15 minutes at the door.

We had a great time at The Inn, would highly recommend to families looking to go to either Cedar Point or to take a ferry to the islands while in season (ferry from Sandusky stops service after labor day)

Pros:

If you are looking at a map and thinking you are a block from strolling on the lake, think again! It is an industrial wasteland across from you. Sleep was prevented by large groups/parties in which every profanity was loud and clear. Recessed lights in the roof overhang lit up our bedroom through the shade. There is no one to report these issues to at this house/inn.

Nice place if you want 2 bedrooms
Pros:

Room was nice and big enough for my family! The door system wasn’t the best and had to call for help with it! Hot water and water pressure were not the best in our room but we made do with it! Also had paper thin walls and could hear the neighbors talking and dog barking! Other than that it was fine for an overnight stay!

Nice place to stay. Would stay again an maybe a less-busy weekend in Sandusky.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. Very clean! A/C worked well. Kitchen area was clean and stocked with dishes/utensils. Bed was comfortable. Water was hot.

Cons:

We never got an e-mail or phone call with our security code. Had to reach out upon arrival to get access (even tho they called me earlier for something else). On street parking next to the building is not guaranteed and property is located on the edge of a residential area. Building is new construction, but paper thin. Loud kids are loud in every unit regarldless of the section they're staying in and the ceiling creaks with any weight above.
