Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit super Aussicht. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Zum ankommen in LA eine gute Adresse.
Leider war das gesamte Geschirr sehr dreckig. Die Parkgebühren sind mit $55 pro Tag wirklich überteuert
The apartment was clean and comfy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. Bed comfortable.
Someone was playing the loud music all night long. I checked the reviews on the internet afterwards and it looks like this was not the first time. So if you have light sleep - like me - look after another place.
The price was very good, we loved the view and if we would have known we would have brought items to keep in the full size refrigerator and stove top with all the utensils and pots and pans! 👍
Well it was kinda weird that no one was working a front desk, but maybe just something to get used to. But on a different topic we found it a little disturbing that the little plaque by the coffee tray when we turned it around it was written by hand the words " Don't Stay Here" and it was sealed inside the plexiglass!
The apartment was much larger than I expected. The view was nice, the location was great, and the instructions for the self check in and check out were easy to follow. The gym had a fair amount of equipment, and it was great that I could store my luggage prior to checking in.
The bed was very hard and because my room was facing the street and was right next to the elevator, there was a lot of noise throughout the night.
The ahead of time communication and organization plus the view, the size and the cleanliness of the room.
The bed that was involved on the couch wasn't spacious enough for 2 people and not very comfortable to sleep there.
The location is very convenient for what we needed and the apartment was comfortable
Parking is 55 dollars! What a joke! Paying so much for the room and then screwing you on parking is not right
Nice and clean!
Location good *
Location is at a crossing which is very loud in the morning. Cars are honking all the time.
Also the air conditioning is way to noisy during the night. On top, you can’t full darken the apartment one window remains without shades which is uncomfortable in the morning.
It was clean
Very noisy! It was billed as a quiet hotel, but it's on the corner of a very busy intersection and was very loud.
Also, the "seamless" virtual aspects were very cumbersome and a huge headache. Very hard to find someone to help.
The room was really clean and well-equipped.
Most reviews highlight the great view, and Booking.com photos show bright rooms with large windows, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
However, it came as a shock that the windows in our room were covered with advertising film, so there was NO NATURAL LIGHT at all in the room!
I reported this issue to the virtual reception. While I received a prompt response, there was no real effort to resolve the situation or to apologise for the misleading presentation.
The hotel operates with a fully virtual reception. Check-in can only be completed online, and access codes are sent on the day of arrival via SMS or email, so you must have a phone or internet access.
Another unpleasant surprise was the requirement to either pay a fee or have a deposit blocked on your card as a guarantee against potential damage. By default, the system is set to charge a fee of around $30 (I do not recall the exact amount), which I consider an unfair practice.
The room itself was otherwise very nice and comfortable. However, considering all the above, my overall stay was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel.
Room was a good size and clean.
Not close to a shop for small items like water except the gas station. No option in the property either (vending machine)
The place is super clean, spacious and comfortable!
The place is very well located, the building is new, and the staff is truly very attentive. It is close to large stores such as Target, as well as gas stations and restaurants.
The only point to be aware of is the parking, as the daily rate is quite expensive.
