I didn’t like how the tv in the living room didn’t work, call the lady she said she would be back in a hour to fix the issue which was around 7:30 pm , it was around 10 when she called back, we was already settle in bed and didn’t see the need to move rooms after hours had gone by.

I don't believe there was a elevator available and we were on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal typically but I have bad knees. It was my fault tho by not asking for 1st floor. There was no personal contact with staff. We arrived after 5pm so we got our keys out of a lock box. Not something we were used to but it worked out ok.

The room I was in was rather stuffy and had a mild moldy or old smell to it. Some type of automatic air freshners would be nice to have in the rooms.

The bed sheets were dirty and had some spots on them like almost dark blood spots other than that everything was good.

No elevator. I have mobility problems but it was better using my cane with the inside stairs than the ones outside

No individual coffee options.

Very dirty, blood on sheets and bathroom not cleaned dirty towels from previous guest and no staff to contact after 5pm

The only issue I had was I didn’t know how to turn the light on above the mirror. lol

Room floors where dirty, the trash from the last guest had not been removed, garbage bags outside the rooms had not been picked up, carts of soiled linen lined up in the hallways outside. The lady at the front desk was rude, my card had stopped working shortly after check in and when I called the number at the desk she told me I would have to wait because she just sat down to eat. I had items that needed to be refrigerated and the response well I just left and I’m eating so let me call you back.

The walls, bathroom door, closet was dirty, the towels smelled. The trim was coming off. Blanket had a stain on it
