Close to the center of Tromso. Was comfortable and well equipped as an apartment/hotel. Good communication from the host. Access was via "digital keys" using your mobile so there are no physical keys to collect or deposit. Nice view of snow capped mountains from window! Only one observation is there are no wardrobes but for us this wasn't a big issue as we always travel as light as possible without big check-in suitcases. Would book again 100% if returning to Tromso in future.

The emergency evacuation route was unclear.
During my stay, an alarm went off, apparently because a fire alarm had been triggered in another room. However, I couldn’t tell what kind of alarm it was or how I was supposed to respond.
The listing stated that the single room included a washing machine, but there was none.
The apartment was perfect! It was huge and spacious, well decorated. There was really good heating, warm from the moment we arrived, which was a perfect contrast from the very cold weather outside. The beds were comfy. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with facilities. The location was great, right off one of the main streets and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We had an amazing time and were very impressed with the apartment!!
The only thing I would mention is the method of entry to the apartment is a link on your phone. For me, this worked really really well - probably quicker than using keys or a code number. However, I was travelling with my father who does not understand technology and if he was travelling without me there, he would have struggled to figure out how to use the link on his phone by himself. Also, it means you have to ensure your phone is properly charged and working at all times - if you phone died, I don't know how you would enter the apartment! For young people like myself, this is fine as we always have our phones, but it may be useful information for older or less technologically aware people to be aware of before booking.

The location is certainly a big plus and the double room did live up to our expectations in terms of size. Would have been nice if there was a chance to unpack some clothes, a small wardrobe or dresser would certainly be an improvement. The kitchen is usable for the preparation of simple dishes like pasta and breakfast which saves a lot of money. Communication with the host was very good.
We really liked the location and the easiness of the communication. Wenche was very accommodating and facilitated our journey by letting us leave our luggage after check out that was great!
Additional bags for garbage would have been nice. One wasn't enough for our family in 4 days hehehe. Bed could have been a bit more comfy but that wasn't super important for us
The location is absolutely superb. Really hard to beat.
The apartment was small (1 person) but adequate and clean. The shower was good.
The digital key system for entry to the apartment was also really good and worked well. Made my arrival very easy and convenient, which was great after a long journey.
The host was responsive too, when I had an issue with a light switch and also when I wanted to leave my suitcase in the store room on the last day.
Small things that seem to have been overlooked for a while.
The room was very warm and it wasn't clear how to turn down the heating; some instructions would have helped.
In the bathroom, the shower gel dispenser on the wall was empty, and hadn't been refilled.
My room was on the top floor and looked out over the outdoor fire escape. It was covered in many large piles of guano from the pigeons roosting in the eaves. A bit unsightly and not very hygienic.
So ... a sense of being a bit unloved overall.
Camera ampia e pulita, ben riscaldata, letto comodo. L'angolo cottura piccolo ma attrezzato (con piatti, bicchieri, posate, padelle). Ampie finestre. Posizione comoda per raggiungere tutti i principali punti di interesse. Si accede alla struttura e all'appartamento tramite e-key (comoda, bisogna solo accertarsi di avere sempre batteria nel cellulare!).
Il bagno è un po' piccolino, specialmente il lavandino. La nostra camera era al secondo piano e non c'è l'ascensore.
The location was excellent and in reach of all the main attractions of Tromso.
I booked quite close to the date of my stay - which may have impacted in the price. Although all accommodation in Tromso seems to be expensive
The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean and warm. The management of the company were very responsive
