Staff & management not always well functioning
Great hotel, clean and comfortable bed. Great location.
Room was more than adequate plenty of character with a panoramic view of the northern part of the city.Helpful staff that spoke perfect English and easy to communicate. Enjoyed the breakfast from the 7th floor with great views of the city and a varied menu including omelette to order. Clean and spacious room very good location with a variety of places to eat..
Noise in general can be a problem in the big city we can’t control traffic or a barking dog after midnight or someone running a generator outside every 45 minutes.
They provide a good breakfast and a good menu and overall the hotel is a good place to stay when down in Thamel.
All was good.
Great location with interesting areas within walking distance.
The weather ? It was still raining a bit.
Clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of Thamel. The staff is very welcoming. The beds were comfortable. And the breakfast is fabulous - delicious selection of south asian and western options. And the view from the terrace is unbeatable. Being in the center of Thamel, everything is walkable from here - plenty of restaurants, hiking shops etc.

1. The rooms we ended up staying in were beautiful, clean, and well-organized.
2. Comfortable beds and fully equipped bathrooms with all the essentials.
3. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Assistant manager Gopal Rajkarnipal went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our booking and provided upgraded rooms.
4. Good breakfast options, and the à la carte meals we tried were tasty and served in generous portions. The waitress explained our meal choices and gave helpful recommendations.
1. Our stay started off with a misunderstanding: we had booked Deluxe Double Rooms expecting windows, as the description mentioned “city view” and “balcony,” and the photos showed windows, but we were initially given windowless rooms. It wasn’t clearly stated in the listing that some Deluxe Double Rooms don’t have windows. This should be clarified, and possibly priced differently.
2. Doors don’t have door closers, so you can hear whenever someone opens or closes a door on your floor. Although my room faced a busy street, the noise quieted down by 11 PM and didn’t bother me much.
3. Wi-Fi was quite slow.
Location was good.
I wanted a balcony to sit and read a book but the entire balcony was covered in birds shit.
