What a great, economical property to stay in when visiting Cuenca. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and they even offered a basic breakfast!

All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The night desk clerk. Johnny, spoke excellent English as a result of having lived and worked at Disney World for five years. I had been three weeks without a conversation in English, and this was a welcomed treat. He is interesting to talk to and shared much information about the city in the country.

The stay was wonderful as far as service and cleanliness. The only drawback was noise. I would not recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper. It seems like I could hear everything outside my door and on the floor above me. Like there is very little insulation and lots of wood, so the noise carries. I use earbuds at night with meditation music so I did fine. I almost hate to say anything negative though, because the staff is super. They watched my bags before and after check in so I could roam the city and I always felt safe. I would recommend for the benefits.

Beautiful historic building. Friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi were out of order.

Amazing staff members, everyone was very polite and very helpful with us, they answered all of our questions and accommodations as well. The layout of each room was lovely and unique. The location was perfect walking distance from the historic center and the architecture was old but modern at same time.

Me sentí muy cómodo, el hotel estaba perfecto en su adecuación y muy bien cuidado.
Tiene un estilo colonial, lo que me hizo sentir como en casa.

El único detalle que puedo sugerir es colocar una cortina en la puerta de la habitación ya está twnia ventanas altas sin cubrir por lo que la luz externa ingresaba y me impidió dormir profundamente.

The hotel is beautiful and very polite and helpful. Not enough towels and refrigerator wasn’t cold and fireplace didn’t work. If you look past that the staff was nice and the stay was relaxing.
