Crowne Plaza - cu servicii de tip romanesc
Pros:

- o super locatie, foarte curat, plaja privata, mancarea foarte buna de la restaurantul Sun Club

Cons:

-La sosire~~ ora14:00 am parcat in parcarea acoperita si a venit un anjajat care mi-a spus ca nu pot parca acolo, ca sunt locuri pentru proprietari, si a plecat fara sa ma indrume unde pot parca. A trebuit sa merg eu in receptie sa intreb unde pot parca.
-Am solicitat camere alaturate, ni s-a confirmat vor ca vor fi ambele alaturate la etajul 8. Revenind la receptie pentru check-in la ora 15:00 ni s-a comunicat ca este gata doar o camera, ca au avut un grup etc... ok.. am revenit de la plaja la ora 18:00 si surpiza : camera a doua nu mai era la etaj 8 era la 5... abia dupa inistente, a doua zi am primit si camera a doua la etaj 8.

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel exactly at 3pm...as they mention checkin is possible. At 5pm only with arguing and insisting they gave us a room.
We stood there two nights...we didn't got the luck to have our room cleaned.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Micul dejun este ok, dar nu este super
Locatia este excelenta

Cons:

Singurul lucru care nu mi-a placut a fost ca angajatii erau cam depasiti, mai ales sambata cand era mai multa lume.

Excellent hotel room and amenities, fantastic beach and pool, restaurant needs a new chef

Excellent breakfast

Cons:

The food choices were appropriate but the cook/chef needs a lot more training. The three seafood dishes we had were overdone by a lot, and the taste was off. For such a beautiful hotel with such amazing rooms, views and beach, the quality of the food preparation was a major letdown. I will probably say that I will hesitate to come back again just because of that although we love the room and the people were fantastic.
