Definitely one of a nicest hotels in Timisoara.
Pros:

Excellent hotel complemented by an amazing customer service.
Reception staff are extremely welcoming and also the front of house are very attentive.

Pros:

Prețurile sunt OK, camerele destul de mici pentru 5* dar curate.

Cons:

Ne-au cerut 200 lei extra pentru patul copilului de 10 ani. Pat care de fapt era un fotoliu deschis. Nu-mi amintesc sa fi văzut asta pe Booking când am făcut rezervarea - peste tot unde am fost patul al 3lea al copilului era inclus.

Pros:

Personalul excepțional. Hotelul (atât exterior cât și interior) arata impecabil. Și e liniște. Patul a fost confortabil.

Cons:

Micul dejun a fost ok dar nu pentru locația de 5 stele.
Baia, era murdara (zona de dus , se observă că gresia nu era frecata corespunzător) și apa calda nu a curs decât cu întreruperi.
La duș am setat apa între cald și rece, dar venea ba foarte rece, ba foarte fierbinte ( la un interval de câteva secunde ) Am mers acasă să îmi fac duș a doua zi.
Sincer , cu părere de rău las acest review.

Комфортный, безупречно чистый и эстетически красивый номер, шикарная постель, все косметические принадлежности, тапочки, халаты хорошего качества, удобное рабочее место. Очень приветливый персонал как на регистрации так и в ресторане, уютный и вкусный ресторан, красивые зоны отдыха. Великолепный отель!
