Food and punctuality
The place was clean and very comfortable. The host was fantastic — quick to respond, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was tidy and well prepared when I arrived. I felt safe and at home the whole time. I highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a smooth and relaxing visit!
The room.

Good location
The breakfast was very good. The room was large and had a comfortable bed.
The guard and front desk was tricked into letting an unwanted visitor come to my room at 1am and they knocked VERY HARD. This unwanted visitor was able to easily trick the front desk into thinking I wanted to see this visitor. Front desk called at 1am and said I had a visitor, but did not say a name. Still half asleep, I said "ok". And the next thing I knew was that this unwanted visitor was knocking very hard on my door at 1am.
I can't believe front desk revealed my room number and led this person to my room. Front desk called me before walking this person to my room, but they never gave me a name. I would have expected the front desk to allow me to come down to meet the visitor. Instead, they put me in danger by revealing my room number and leading the guest directly to my room where they harassed me by knocking hard. They woke up other guests surely.
After this major security lapse, I immediately left the hotel since I didn't feel safe. I texted the manager and they initially did not take my concerns seriously. I guess no one took it seriously because the unwanted visitor was a woman and I'm a man. After some convincing, the manager seemed to take me more seriously but only time will tell if they have learned.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and the wi-fi was quite weak.
The location was easy to find and relatively central. The wifi connection was stable for the most part. It's a very new accommodation, so quite clean.
The guard was never at his post, so I had to wait and honk for several minutes every time I wanted to enter (until I figured out how the gate can be opened from the outside--not great for safety). My room was not cleaned during my stay; the one, small bin in the bathroom was never emptied. There was an issue with the hot/warm water in the shower. There was construction noise until 9.30/10pm, which was a bit frustrating on a business trip. There was only one towel provided in total (for hands, body, floor...).
Clean rooms, good location
We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel's location is very nice, inside is very calm, clean and comfortable.
