The staff was excellent, room was clean and the property was secure. Definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The property was in a good location in relation to Charleston and the surrounding areas. The property was secured by keypads on all outside doors.

Cons:

The room location we stayed was closer to the highway so there was highway noise. That is not the hotel or staff’s fault. Just luck of the draw on the room.

Pros:

We left and never got our money back. We stayed for two days and was charged for seven days. Nice room. Was too loud for us to stay. Next to highway and upstairs tenant was too loud.

Cons:

Not enough staff for front desk. Seemed always gone and had to wait for someone. Cleaning could have been better. Shower curtain was really dirty and a pile of dirt someone sweep up but never picked it up.

We will be back!
Pros:

Cozy, great space, the blinds easy to roll up and down, quality bed! It was nice to have a full supplied kitchen.

Cons:

Floor needed a mopping. Staff was great if you could catch them. I would have let them know there was a light out above bar in kitchen. The other 3 gave enough light. I couldnt catch anyone to let them know..
