The location and the full kitchen
There were a lot of maintenance items that needs to be corrected. Upon check-in we were given a room and when we got there it was in the process of being cleaned. The person cleaning went to the front office to check and possibly get us another room but he came back and asked if we could give him 1/2 hr to finish. The lady at the front desk was not very customer service friendly. When he finished and said we could enter, the floors were very very wet and we had to use bath towels to dry them. The kitchen dishes and all the utensils were scarce. I have 8 unpleasant pictures to share regarding maintenance. Last but not least there was a rain storm 8/16th and while we lost electricity for 4 hours it is absolutely ludicrous that wi-fi / internet was never restored. We had a reservation from 8/9-8/23 and no internet or wifi from 8/16th to checkout on 8/23rd. Absolutely inconvenient.
The location and the room was nice, safe and clean.
The clerk was not the most pleasant or personable. He didn't make me feel welcomed.

The bedroom was noisy, from outside traffic and the air conditioning unit is located in bedroom closet near the bed. The advertised well stocked kitchen was not in our room, no dish soap, no towel, no bowls, 2 water glasses, just not enough if you wanted to use the kitchen.
The cost was great and the fact that there was a living room and kitchen was good for family travel. The staff was accommodating in leaving keys for after hours arrivals. It was clean and very spacious.
This is a basic no frills hotel with no amenities whatsoever. The staff leaves at 8 pm and there is no one to help with anything after that. There are sofabeds but no bedding for them. There is no pool, restaurant, etc. The rooms are very humid so everything felt wet. The TV did not work the first night and I had no one to call to get it fixed.
MIeszkanie jest dobre, wygodne łózka,. Jest ekspres do kawy i przybory łazienkowe. Dobra lokalizacja, dośc blisko do sklepów i do samego miasta (około 30 minut samochodem)
Słabo wyposażona kuchnia, mieliśmy pokój na 4 osoby ale były tylko 3 widelce, 2 noże i bardzo mało talerzy. Powinno być lepiej. Brakowało też np. gąbeczki domycia naczyń i ręcznika kuchennego.

Study chair was broken, bath tissue was not there, mattress is not comfortable, room has smell.
The property was in a good location in relation to Charleston and the surrounding areas. The property was secured by keypads on all outside doors.
The room location we stayed was closer to the highway so there was highway noise. That is not the hotel or staff’s fault. Just luck of the draw on the room.

Staff were not available when it was required. Lobby was with nobody and left a phone to call. No person could be reached over the phone.
We left and never got our money back. We stayed for two days and was charged for seven days. Nice room. Was too loud for us to stay. Next to highway and upstairs tenant was too loud.

No pool, exercise equipment didn't work.
