Got bed bugs and staff were extremely rude about. Unless you want bed bugs never stay here!
Pros:

In a good location and affordable

Cons:

I got bed bugs from staying here, when I brought it up to the hotel staff they were extremely rude and insisted that I was lying and it wasn't possible they had them. Despite having what were clearly bed bug bites all over my ankles and arms. They refused to even change the sheets or move me to another room.

Pros:

Номер просторный, всегда по заказу прибирают и меняют полотенца, есть возможность завтрака за отдельную плату, в номере присутствует кофе машина и холодильник.
Из особенностей, в душе вода не подается сразу теплой, нужно включить на горячую и подождать 1-2 минуты, до момента пока прогреется.

Cons:

на фотографиях вид на город с горами, на деле, напротив уже строиться здание, и такого хорошего вида как показано на букинге уже нет, но если ехать ради туризма и не обращать на это внимание, то ни на что не влияет, апартаменты отличные, лучше чем Orbi за схожую цену

Хорошие апартаменты, но плохая шумоизоляция
Pros:

Хорошие апартаменты, оборудованы всем необходимым. Приветливый персонал. Рядом есть магазины и кафе. До центра города близко. Отель находится на 21-22 этажах, с балкона видно кусочек гор и моря.

Cons:

Рядом находится крупная стройка, а шумоизоляция окон не очень хорошая. Слышно было даже проезжающие внизу машины.

Pros:

все соответствует фото и ожиданиям, очень понравилось, что нам достался номер на теневой стороне- солнце не жарило нам в окна)) есть банные принадлежности в виде гелей и шампуней, тапочек- тоже большой плюс. Кровать очень удобная, хорошее постельное белье, кондиционер хорошо работал. В номере чисто. Есть небольшой холодильник с водой от отеля, что тоже приятно.
Общественную парковку напротив стройки видно из окна, так что тоже было плюсом.
Мы заселялись с собакой, попросили оплатить доп взнос. На что я подметила, что в стоимости при бронировании это не указано. По факту выселения я попросила администратора посмотреть сохранность мебели и комнаты после нашего пребывания с собакой- все было ок.
Номер был очень хорош и точно стоил своих денег.
В доме есть продуктовый магазин, который работает допоздна, что также удобно.
Стройку за окнами мы не слышали, даже утром, хотя на такое не обращаем обычно внимание. Соседей не слышно, только если в коридоре общем кричат. Но блок кондиционера было немного слышно- это не критично.

Cons:

Нам не смогли получить доступ к охраняемой внутренней парковке, тк администратор сказала, что унесли ключи, хотя места на внутренней парковке были в доступе. Снизила балл только из-за парковки, тк искали именно вариант размещения с закрытой парковкой.
также мы не знали заранее код от лифта и при заселении нам долго с сумками пришлось ждать внизу, пока я не сходила сама на верх и не спросила код от лифта. Уточняйте его сразу при бронировании, иначе на лифте вы не поднимитесь без чьей либо помощи.

Tres bien pour une nuit
Pros:

- chambre propre avec grand lit double confortable.
- frigo avec bouteille d’eau a disposition, cafe instantane, the.
- securite des lieux avec badge d’entree et pour l’ascenceur.
- superette ouverte 24/7 a 500 metres a pied.

- assez eloigne du centre ville.

Spacious room, well equipped
Pros:

Very nice room for a stop-over on a long trip. I reserved at very short notice, but the staff was very helpful to sort things out. Spacious room and bathroom.

Cons:

Parking lot theoretically available, but so full that I preferred to park at the street.

Very happy with my stay
Pros:

good location, close to the market. The beach is also not far away.
clean room, bathrobes, slippers and cosmetics prepared for guests.
kettle with coffee and tea
very friendly and helpful reception.

Cons:

opposite the block, another block under construction from which noises were coming from early in the morning. also quite a busy and noisy street until late hours.
