Konum çok iyi. Personeller güler yüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımcı oluyorlar.

Tüm gece internet sorunu vardı. İlk başta 20 dakika denildi, tüm gece gelmedi. Check in de çok bekliyoruz. Ayrıca tuvalette el peçetesi kutusu boş ve fön makinesi çalışınca yanık kokuyor.

Otel konsept, temizlik, konum olarak çok güzel. Çok beğendik ayrıca personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü ile gerçekten çok içtenler. Temizlik en hassas olduğumuz durumdu ve çok özen gösteriyorlardı. Kahvaltısı tam Türk usulüydü ve her şey temiz ve mevcuttu sıcaklar çok çeşitliydi. Ayrıca yiyecek içecek Müdürü Hüseyin SUVARİ Bey’e ilgisi alakası misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ederiz. Batum’a yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle BillionareIn Alliance Palace (Ramada)’deyiz🙏🌸🤩
