It was clean and had an excellent bathroom.
It was difficult to find parking due to the surrounding area having only metered parking or lots without overnight parking.

The location was ideal-one block walk to beach. The room was lovely and clean. and shower was amazing. There was a nice courtyard that allowed for bag drop off (no parking on site) and handy keyless entry.
The wifi router was out and despite many texts and calls to their "help" number, no one responded. I even sent pics confirming no wifi, asking for someone to address issue. That meant I was unable to work from or watch television in my room. Instead of a lazy morning on the beach, I had to check out early to find wifi elsewhere to catch up on work. Disappointing customer service, for sure, as no one EVER responded, even after to apologize for inconvenience.
Close to beach and boardwalk. Simple, no frills.
I really liked how modern the decor in Surf Club was. We had a comfortable night’s sleep. It was a block from the beach and not far from the shops in town. It was the perfect location. Communication via text was easy & convenient. It was off season so street parking was not a problem. The internet in the area was down, but that was a Comcast issue.
