Great location, comfortable stay except the light through the door.
Pros:

Location was great, clean, simple, had everything I needed. Parking was awesome.

Cons:

The light through the door. It was really not dark enough to sleep.

Spotlessly clean & comfortable hotel in a really fun area.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, spacious & comfortable room in a great location. Lots of parking spots available right next to the rooms. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Cons:

The remote check-in QR code process seems a bit overly complicated the first time (needing to call and provide an email address which they apparently don't have despite receiving several emails since booking).
Some rooms are across the road from a busy area which can be loud, particularly early mornings with maintenance/trash etc.

Cons:

Check in process, I waited all day for a text with my room number and door code to get in and it never came. I had to call the number for the hotel and was told I was supposed to answer the phone earlier to verify my phone number, I don’t answer calls groom unknown numbers and my phone will screen known numbers also. So I didn’t get my check in code in bill late in the evening. Thankfully my I had a friend who allowed me to store my suitcase in their vehicle while I waited.
Also day of check out had the cleaning crew opening my door an hour before check out. I was naked at one point and had to holler at the guy who walked away laughing. Was not comfortable after that as I tried to get out of there quicker. They should not be able to open the doors without knocking or confirming that the occupants are decent and ready for them to come in.

It was good!
Pros:

Great stay! The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed daily cleaning and towel changes. Check-in and parking instructions were sent via email upon request. The parking lot is large with plenty of space-our sedan fit easily. The WiFi signal was strong and stable throughout. We had a minor confusion regarding the room access code due to two consecutive bookings, but the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, I really liked staying there.

We have stayed there a few times. If I come back I do not want room 204.

Where it’s located at.

Cons:

The air would not turn down lower than 73. Internet was down haft a day. The Tolet ran in 204. Very disappointing compared to other stays there.

Pros:

Convenient to dining/shopping at Johns Pass. parking included. Clean, large room and shower. comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave.

Cons:

No full length mirror. No ice. No cover on toilet seat. Blinds on door sidelights don’t provide much light coverage. One of bedside lamps won’t turn off (nightlight). TV didn’t work.

I was accused of sharing our parking code as our vehicle and another apparently entered the garage using the same code. I assured the lady at the office I didn’t share the code with anyone and she basically called me a liar. Clearly there was a mistake of some sort at the office level. They were the only ones with the code besides me so therefore somebody at the office must have shared it, as I certainly did not. I resented the implication that I did something wrong. Definitely put a damper on our stay. The lady who accused me of sharing was belligerent to say the least. Not good enough!
