An amazing experience
Pros:

We stayed in the presidential suite and had an amazing experience. The view was absolutely stunning, the room was huge, spacious, and very comfortable, and having 24-hour access to the pantry was a great added benefit. The staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and consistently ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable
