It has a nice view, a clean room, a good amenities, staffs are okay. Service in bar and restaurant are good, though it’s a bit slow, by midnight, staff are not much well attentive to guests. Over all, it was a wonderful stay.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room we booked was not available on arrival, and the replacement room was worse and full of problems: no hot water, broken kettle, and a bathroom door that got stuck and made the toilet unusable.
The next day we were left without any room for hours while traveling with our 6-month-old baby. Sitting in the lobby for hours with a baby, after already being given the wrong room, is simply unacceptable.
We paid in full, but the service, organization, and handling of the problem were extremely poor. This hotel failed to provide what was booked and failed to handle the situation professionally.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone expecting reliable service or basic comfort.

The hotel is not been updated in a long time. The rooms and furniture are old, the AC's broke down during my stay, and I had to be moved. There is a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathrooms. Honestly, this hotel does not meet the Marriott standards in my option
The pool was under maintenance and that was not disclosed until after arrival. We would have chosen somewhere else had we known.
The hotel is in a good location, by the sea and close to a bustling centre with shops and restaurants. the breakfast choice was extensive.

I only have great things to say about Delta Hotel and their level of service to ensure their guests are well taken care of and feel right at home. As a Marriot Bonvoy member, my stay at Delta is always good and the food is always well prepared.
Restaurant staff could use a little more training, I am more sure if new staff have been employed but I felt they were a little slow even when you were having a buffet
