Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, by the sea and close to a bustling centre with shops and restaurants. the breakfast choice was extensive.

A Marriot Bonvoy Member Experience in the Heart of Oyster Bay
Pros:

I only have great things to say about Delta Hotel and their level of service to ensure their guests are well taken care of and feel right at home. As a Marriot Bonvoy member, my stay at Delta is always good and the food is always well prepared.

Cons:

Restaurant staff could use a little more training, I am more sure if new staff have been employed but I felt they were a little slow even when you were having a buffet

Beyond Atrocious: Mold, Cold Water, and Hostile Staff
Pros:

This stay has been atrocious. The room was poorly cleaned, the AC smelled of mold and there is no hot water after 6:00 PM. Good luck getting service to assist.

​Worst of all, I was subjected to disrespectful and insulting comments made by the reception staff in a local language, under the assumption I couldn't understand them. May not look local but I understand kiswahili. It is unacceptable to be mocked by staff for a simple administrative correction.

Anyway...avoid if you can. Not worth it.

Pros:

Yes it was relaxing and calm we had fun at the swimming pool the food was amazing plus the the bed was comfy and helped me sleep well after a workout in the gym
