Can't fault the hotel or staff, but location needs a few years to develop into a proper resort area
Pros:

Really nice clean hotel, high standard, nice rooftop pool/ rooftop terrace!

Cons:

Not that close to a proper beach, like it said when booking.
Location around the hotel needs a few years of development because other than Slipway limited places to go out to or to go eat at nearby.

Could have kept all the fruits in separate platters instead of combing them

Une belle pause à Dar es Saalam
Pros:

C’est un très bon hotel que je recommande. Le personnel est à notre écoute et s’assure qu’on ne manque de rien. La propreté était irréprochable et la vue sur le rooftop superbe. J’ai adoré cette courte pause. Les cocktails étaient très bons. Les chambres étaient bien équipées.

Cons:

Je n’ai rien à signaler à ce niveau.

L'emplacement, le design, le rooftop...

Cons:

Mauvaise isolation acoustique des chambres, on entend trop les bruits de la circulation.
Une barre aurait aussi été intéressante dans la salle de sport.

Accommodation is beautiful and clean!!!!

Unfortunately, almost immediately after checking out someone from the hotel messaged me on WhatsApp with a link to confirm my credit card information to scam money from me. The requester posed as the administrator of the hotel who knew all of the details about my stay - meaning this is someone from inside of the hotel.

The location is fantastic—truly magnificent—and the room is really beautiful; plus, the place is easily accessible to everyone. You can go buy ice cream or visit the supermarket—everything is close by—and since it’s a well-known spot, finding your way back is never a problem.

Cons:

if you're counting on an internet connection on your phone during your vacation at this hotel—forget it! The internet connection is horrible The housekeepers open the room door without knocking first; they only pretend to knock once they realize someone is actually inside. This has happened very often since I’ve been here—they just open the door straight away. If you were naked or with someone, that would be really bad. As for breakfast, the food they cook isn't that great. The toilets smell bad, even when they’re clean—I think there’s a problem with the plumbing. Also, the staff are a bit dishonest; they ask a lot of questions and pry into things.

Most of the staff are friendly and good location

Cons:

On the first day I had to wait to check into the room I booked, this room on the first floor ended up having limited hot water, cigarette buds on the balcony, I had to wait 40 minutes for an iron to get sent to my room. You can also hear the music from the reception area continuously even through the night.

I ended up moving again to the third floor where at least there was no no noise. However the bathroom seemed to not have been cleaned properly. It has had a smell and did not drain well. Unfortunately the hotel did not meet my expectations.
