Pros:

Posizione Centrale. Edificio nel complesso molto bello

Cons:

Sicuramente la stanza che mi è stata assegnata. Stanza al piano terra, dove le tre finestre davano su una strada molto rumorosa. E la porta della camera dava sul cortile interno, di passaggio e quindi molto rumoroso. Altro aspetto negativo della camera che mi è stata assegnata era il bagno senza porte sulla camera da letto che non prevedeva appunto nessuna tipo di privacy.

Molt cèntric, l'hotel és molt bonic. Restaurant servei amable i ràpid.
Esmorzar excellent.
Excursió privada a Nakupenda, la noia de recepció es va preocupar per donar-nos tovalloles, tot un detall.

Cons:

Habitació una mica petita i amb molta olor a humitat.
Es van oblidar de vindre'ns a buscar a l'aeroport. El restaurant té poca varietat de vins.
L'excursió privada amb barco a Nakupenda espectacular, però per el preu podrien donar algo més que aigua.

Luxurious stay in the heart of Stone Town
Pros:

The location was great, the hotel design and amenities were 5 star and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially during a late night check in

Cons:

The room was on the ground floor and a little bit dark, and the geyser seemed to run out of hot water after only one shower (it wasn't fully cold but no longer hot)

Todo impecable. La habitación preciosa, con una energía muy bonita. Minimalismo y calidad unidos. Tecnología en ventilador y luces. Y un trato exquisito del personal. Cenamos en el restaurante de arriba. Muuy bueno! Algo caro pero la calidad se paga.

Charming boutique hotel
Pros:

I only stayed one night at The Neela, my final night in Zanzibar, and it was the perfect way to close out the trip.

The service here is genuinely exceptional. Staff were attentive, warm and truly personalised in their approach, going above and beyond in ways I have honestly not experienced even some at larger five star properties. The attention to detail throughout was impressive and felt effortless.

The property itself is spotless and beautifully designed, sitting right in the heart of Stone Town with easy walking access to all the main highlights of the area. The beach, souvenir stores and major attractions are all nearby and super safe to walk around. Straightforward transfers to the airport when it was time to leave.

Breakfast and dinner were both included and served across their breakfast area and rooftop restaurant. The menu curation was thoughtful and the portion sizes generous. A lovely way to spend the final evening and morning of a trip.

One night was not enough and I will absolutely be returning.

Excellent weekend getaway
Pros:

Perfect location, excellent service, really good rooms. Top breakfast, super good food on restaurant and top staff at roof top restaurant.

Cons:

Not much. Maybe the fact that rooms have the toilet and shower separated just by wall, which is a trend, but not very comfortable when sharing a room.

Un séjour d’exception dans un cadre superbe

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au The Neela Boutique Hotel à Stone Town.

L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied, tout en profitant d’un cadre exceptionnel. L’hôtel est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, et notre chambre était à la fois spacieuse, élégante et très confortable.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les délicates attentions réservées pour notre voyage de noces : la superbe décoration du lit à notre arrivée ainsi que les délicieuses collations mises à notre disposition. Ces petites attentions ont rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable.

Le restaurant sur le rooftop est un véritable atout, offrant une excellente cuisine dans une ambiance très agréable.

Enfin, un immense merci à toute l’équipe. Le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la qualité du service ont été irréprochables du début à la fin.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans la moindre hésitation.
