Das Zimmer ist gross, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, Sauber, ich fühlte mich sehr wohl.
Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sogar flexibel mit meinem Check out!

Exceeded my expectations - safe, friendly staff, huge rooms, very comfortable bed - and all so quiet
Pros:

A quiet oasis in a sea of noisy and crowded streets. Great quality glass in the windows meant I heard nothing; but it all looked chaotic outside. Depending on the room there is a very impressive view of Mount Meru. Deathly quiet rooms and corridors all night, and solid walls between rooms. Great WIFI and superb bed linen. Very comfortable bed in a huge room. Tea, coffee, kettle and plenty of bottled water in the room. It was no problem to request a (good) packed breakfast to go at 5am. Very friendly and helpful reception and porter staff. Easy to locate for a drop off or pick up.

Cons:

Odd layout bathroom but perfectly clean and modern. On site restaurant with limited menu but open all day. Not a problem for me, but no alcohol is allowed anywhere within the hotel or rooms.

Die volle Arusha-Experience mit der besten Aussicht
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8. Stock mit grandioser Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum und den Mount Meru. Sensationelle Sonnenuntergangsstimmung. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr grosszügige Zimmer. So zentral dass gute Restaurants in Gehdistanz sind. Das geschäftige Leben in Arusha kann man von oben aus der Distanz betrachten und sich danach hineinstürzen.

Cons:

Nichts - würde wieder hier buchen.

The stay was okay but would look into other options.
Pros:

Front desk person was very helpful. I originally thought I would need transportation to a nearby attraction and to the airport. He followed up with me the next morning to see if both were still needed and would have taken care of all arrangements.

Cons:

Should have done more research. Did not feel safe to go outside of the hotel by myself. For those with a travel partner, it probably would have been safe. While the hotel did have an onsite restaurant, there was not anyplace to relax and have a glass of wine.

Zusammengfasst ein super Hotel in zentraler Lage. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Das Personal war super freundlich.

Cons:

Wer die Betten weich mag ist hier leider falsch. Das Bett war sehr hart, aber trotzdem noch angenehm.
