Egyhangú reggelik. Mindig ugyanaz. Inkàbb édes ételek. Sósban csak legyàrtott mini szendvics.
A szomszéd házból hangos a klìmàk zaja, ha nyitva hagytuk az ajtót! Becsukva nem hallatszott.

Zbytečně drahé příplatkové služby. 5 euro za uložení zavazadel jen schované za gaučem v hotelové recepci, nám přišlo opravdu moc. Batoh nebyl nijak hlídán, jen tam ležel. Koupelna je malá, ale funkční. Na osprchování po pláži to stačí. Všude je mokro. Bidet postrádá smysl, když je sprcha hned u umyvadla a záchodu zároveň.

Ho trovato 2 cose che non mi sono piaciute la prima è il fatto che con questo caldo la sala colazioni era caldissima e non funzionava l’aria condizionata e non c’erano cornetti croissant comunque credo importanti per la colazione x il resto abbastanza fornito

Je trouve quand même inadmissible d’être facturé 10euro pour avoir oublié de laisser la clé de la chambre un soir en sortant de l’hôtel et d’avoir eu l’électricité coupée également!

First of all, do not expect any privacy at this hotel.

We accidentally left the air conditioner running while we were out. As guests are required to leave their room key at the hotel whenever they go out, the manager used our key to enter our room while we were away, without informing us. When we told him that entering our room without our permission was unacceptable, he replied that the hotel was “his home,” that he could enter any room whenever he wanted, and even said that guests do not have privacy there. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and confirmed that our privacy was not respected.

The second issue is that the hotel does not clearly state on Booking.com that the entrance is locked every day at 10:30 p.m. Only after we had made our reservation did the manager send us a message about this policy.

Before checking in, we asked the staff about it, and the bartender assured us that it was not a problem because although the doors are closed, someone would always open them whenever guests returned. However, after we arrived, the manager told us that the doors are simply locked at 10:30 p.m.

Another disappointing experience was the manager’s behavior. At first, he spoke to us in English, but once the discussion became uncomfortable, he switched to speaking only Italian, even though he knew we could not understand him.

After we raised these concerns with the manager, our room was not cleaned the following day, and no shampoo or other toiletries were replenished. We felt that the service changed after we complained, which made our stay even more unpleasant.

Overall, I do not think this hotel is worth staying at. The lack of respect for guests’ privacy, poor communication, and the way our concerns were handled made this a very disappointing experience.
