Observaciones sobre la calidad del servicio
Pros:

El estaba limpio y el personal estaba muy atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes.

Cons:

Entre los aspectos que resultaron incómodos estuvo el tema del agua caliente: una de las habitaciones no regulaba correctamente la temperatura, saliendo caliente o excesivamente caliente, y no se nos ofreció una solución al respecto.
La distribución inicial de las habitaciones también fue poco adecuada; al tratarse de un grupo familiar, lo ideal habría sido ubicarnos juntos. Afortunadamente, esto se pudo corregir.
Adicionalmente, no recibimos mayor información ni recomendaciones sobre actividades en las islas, por lo que tuvimos que organizar todo por nuestra cuenta. Considero que el personal podría fortalecerse en temas de atención al cliente y orientación al huésped.

Cons:

El hotel queda sin personal después de las 8pm. Debes estar atento de llevarte las llaves de la puerta exterior.

Fantastico
Pros:

Spotlessly clean and neat, friendly and well situated
Pros:

The staff were fabulous and very friendly and helpful, the hotel is well situated for exploring Puerto Ayora - it is spotlessly clean and neat,
They helped with all taxi transfers and tours
Breakfast was good - a little monotonous with the same options every day , however we enjoyed our breakfast chats with the staff.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic with very little hanging space, no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and our room faced a busy street which was good to watch from the balcony but not so good to fall asleep. The WiFi wasn’t great at all ,

Ottimo per un paio di notti
Pros:

Colazione semplice ma buona. Camere spaziose e bagni grandi. Non troppo distante dalla via principale e lontano dal casino. Lo staff gentile e preparato ci ha aiutato anche con diversi consigli su dove mangiare.

Recommended place to stay!
Pros:

Fresh breakfast every day was very nice. Great location, easy to walk everywhere. Super clean and comfortable room, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Muy buena y recomendable
Pros:

El hotel está situado muy cerca del muelle y de la zona de ocio, y además es una zona segura. Las instalaciones limpias, el personal agradable y el desayuno increíble. Viajé solo.

Cons:

El agua de la ducha no tenía punto medio, a veces salía fría y otras ardiendo.

Good localization - close to center

Cons:

Poor breakfast, very hot or cold water - no chance to take a shower in warm, problems with the toilet and no breakfast box due to early boat transfer

Pros:

Very convenient property with a delightful breakfast in the morning. Not much for a pool if you want to relax and also had a very small courtyard.
It's a very small room so if you're with the partner it's not very convenient.
As a solo traveller it was everything you needed.
They even had me picked up at the canal on the Santa Cruz side and I got to be chummy with the driver so he picked me up after I called him on a few other occasions

Me gustó que nos dan el número de WhatsApp para podernos comunicar en cualquier momento para algún problema que tengamos. Ellos te ayudan con toallas para la piscina y la playa. El Shampoo y el Jabón olían delicioso.

Cons:

No pudimos aprovechar mucho la piscina porque estaba muy fría

Cons:

La habitación que habíamos reservado meses antes , no fue la que nos asignaron a pesar de haber hablado con el alojamiento en varias ocasiones. Me cambiaron de habitación y no funcionaba el agua caliente. Se supone que lo arreglaron, duró 2 minutos y se fue otra vez.
Tuvimos problemas en el check out por su pasarela de pago y tardaron 20 minutos en hacerlo
