Pros:

Such a beautiful and convenient place to stay! This hotel is ideally located near the mall, various eateries, and within walking distance of high-end clubs and entertainment venues. The rooms are immaculately clean and spacious, providing exceptional comfort. The customer service is top-notch, ensuring a delightful experience for every guest.

Pros:

Hotel is quite nice and very clean! Staff are very friendly and accommodating. some issue with the water heater and internet is a bit slow but other than that, everything else is good!

be sure to state that you need a room with a safe as not all rooms have one

Pros:

Beware! Customer service is extremely unprofessional. House keeping failed to clean my room. I gave my room key to reception and informed them I would return to the same room later that day.
They entered the room and removed the sheets and pillows from the bed but did not remake the bed or clean the room. After informing the manager they quickly half cleaned the room. Note: I left at 10:00am and returned at 2pm.

They failed to wash my laundry and gave me back soiled laundry. I was informed that my laundry would be returned the same day. I called to inquire about my laundry at 8pm but was not given an answer. The next morning when I called the front desk I was informed that the clothes were not washed the previous day and they would be wash that morning but would not be dry before check out. They returned my unwashed laundry and ask me to wear then to my morning meetings. Unfortunately, I missed boarding transportation and meetings.

I am international and upgraded to the Executive Suite when I arrived because of the beautiful interior design but the lousy customer service hinders such luxury. Peace
