Everything was fine
Leuk en mooi boetiekhotel! Lokatie is perfect midden in het centrum. Fijne bedden, lekkere douche, koffie en thee op de kamer, flessen water en badjassen met slofjes. Buiten het hotel de Lidl en bakkertje in de straat. Fijn en goed personeel! Eten in het restaurant is ook erg lekker.

High quality materials everywhere, great architecture and internal design, exceptionally comfortable bed and beddings, great food (I tried breakfast and lunch as well), very nice attention overall to details, nice staff and great location

We had an excellent stay at Juno Hotel Sofia and would happily return.
What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional and genuinely attentive. There was a real sense of care and attention to the guest at all times — nothing ever felt like too much trouble and the team were always available and ready to assist whenever needed. This level of personal service really made our stay special.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the evening and it was excellent. The food was beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyable and the service in the restaurant was equally impressive — attentive, friendly and professional throughout the evening.
Juno is a beautiful hotel, but it is the quality of the people and the service that really sets it apart. A wonderful experience in Sofia and a hotel we would definitely recommend and stay at again.

ואכן קיבלנו את החדר שעתיים לפני המועד הרשמי.
בנוסף ולהפתעתנו שודרגנו לחדר מדהים ביופיו ללא עלות נוספת. צוות המלון היה מסביר פנים, המלון עירוני, קרוב למרכז הענייניים. בטוחים שנחזור בעתיד הקרוב.
