Pros:

Оставали сме няколко пъти в този хотел. Харесва ми обстановката, допада ми обслужването. Ресторантът също ми е любим.

Cons:

За съжаление този път имаше доста забележки. Първата вечер бяхме настанени в стая, където леглото беше издънено и цяла вечер скърцаше. Следващите вечери бяхме в друга стая. И в двете помещения има нужда от ремонт. Особено в душ зоната. Има жълти петна навсякъде по боята, душ питата не работеше, плотът на мивката е доста захабен, в зоната на контактите липсва замазка и се виждат направо кабелите. Отделно от това, имаше косми в мивката, а в гардероба на горния рафт имаше сутиен от предни гости явно. Завивките са ужасно дебели за пролетно време. Чашите могат да бъдат по-добре почиствани също.

Edles Hotel in einer wunderbaren Stadt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, zentral doch ruhig, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Schöne Zimmer mit viel Holz, kein Furnier-Design!
Früher Check-in und später Check out problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas vielfältiger sein und auch lokale Produkte anbieten

Perfect stay
Pros:

Very Central, side street of vitosha boulevard. Easy to reach everything. Friendly staff (Vladimir and the lady at the reception).
Huge rooms and very clean!

Perfekte Lage im Centrum der Stadt. Traumhaft schöne Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Cons:

Clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food
Pros:

I loved the staff, the room, the restaurant for dinners, the bar (drinks and bartenders), and the location. Everyone was was pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and large.
The three dinners I had there were all terrific. They have a grill that makes flavorful meats, their salads were delicious the sides were delicious. I didn't have a bad or even average item. The ribeye - superb, the grilled fish - perfect, the chicken dish - succulent.
The cocktails were topnotch, too. I am comparing this all to NYC, where I live, and think the food and drink was exceptional.

Cons:

The rooms are a bit loud from street noise, on weekend particularly. I'd request a top floor room.
The shower pressure was low although it is a nice wide rain style shower head. The water temp was sometimes tepid for awhile but ultimately heated up every time.
I didn't like the breakfast buffet. It was bread that wasn't very good, not freshly baked, yogurt, granola and a few fruits which weren't very tasty. As for the menu, I had one scrambled egg dish that was okay.
And don't get coffee from the server in the restaurant unless you are eating, or she will charge you for the breakfast anyway. Order a coffee from the barista at the bar, if you're not having breakfast.
