Un hotel molto molto bello ma.
Pros:

Ristorante, camere e bar

Cons:

Staff poco attento e disponibile, abbiamo avuto dei problemi con lo scarico che non sono stati risolti nonostante solleciti e il telefono in camera spesso non consentiva di chiamare reception.

מיקום מעולה, מסעדה טובה ממש, חדרים מרווחים ונקיים. אחלה מקלחת וארוחת בוקר ממש טעימה.

Cons:

הבטיחו לנו 2 חדרים באותה הקומה בהזמנה בבוקינג ולבסוף פיצלו אותנו, לא נתנו לזה מענה בכלל. זה היה הדבר היחיד שלא היה בסדר. כדאי להקפיד על זה כשבאים עם משפחה.

Персонал супер. Постіль, диван дуже комфортно.
В цілому дуже гарний отель.

Cons:

Вони чомусь маскують всі двері! Одразу не розберешся чи то дверь чи то просто стіна. Вхід в отель не позначений ніяк! Основна вхідна дверь не видна з зовні взагалі, та й з середини теж ))).
Сніданки не дуже смачніі з претензією на високу кухню і малі. Фрукти ягоди круасани свіжі смачні але їми не наїшся.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement.
Nous avons du changer de chambre mais le probleme s’est repeté. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre et aucun membre du staff n’etait capable de regler le probleme.
L’eau de la douche quant à elle n’etait pas chaude mais tiede …
Aucune solution proposée par le staff, et aucun geste commercial non plus car la chambre avait été prepayée.
Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas au rendez vous, et le confort n’est pas digne d’un hotel 5*

מלון חמוד, מיקום טוב סה״כ, אין יותר מידי במלון עצמו אבל

Cons:

קבלנו חדר מעל למרפסת עישון- לא להסכים לקבל את זה. רעש כל הלילה.
