Kashmir Wellness & SPA Hotel Adults Only

Probably the best spa hotel I have stayed at in my life. Way better than what's offered in Canada, for sure. The room was fantastic, clean and it had a large balcony looking into the woods. The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!

חדר אוכל - ארוחת בוקר מאוד מגוונת בבופה, אבל למשל אין כמעט ירקות. ארוחת הערב - מעולה.
ספא- בריכות רגילות לשיכשוך טמפרטורה ממוצעת נעימה ותולא, לא מים חמים כמו שציפיתיט
טיפולים - יקרים, 40 דק רפלקסו מתחיל ב140 לבה, טיפול משוכלל 60 דק יכול להגיע ל450 לבה. בקיצור מלא כסף. איכות הטיפול- שיגרתית ותו לא.
הערה כללית : הצוות יעיל אבל לא שירותי מדי, ו.. כמעט ולא מחייכים בקיצור לא הכי נעימים.
לטעמי, המיר של כל האירוע הזה יקר מאוד ביחס לתמורה.

We were in the hotel in December 2024, as well in August 2025. Overall - the experience in December was much better and it seems that the level is going down. Especially in the SPA area.

The restaurant is top. The service provided by the waiters is very good and professional.

Rooms are ok. In the last 5 years, we have been in more than 30 hotels in Bulgaria. I can’t say that in any of them the beds and the pillows were better. So here I would say at least 4.5 out of 5.

Yes, in the evenings there is no hot water, especially on the 3rd floor. That needs to be fixed asap.

Two of the facilities in the hotel are just gorgeous. Namely - the Whiskey Bar and the Social Club.

Here comes negative part - SPA:

Extremely dirty plastic Jacuzzi. On top of that was not working day and a half. The other Jacuzzi was not working 2 days. The hot tubs in the small pool outside were not working as well.

The 4 Jacuzzis in the forrest, called “Топила” were not hot at all. Manager states that the temperature is between 36.5 and 37.9, but there are two factors, which heavily undermine this statement: 1. They were almost always empty (compared to December, when we had to wait to go inside) and 2. At least 10 of your guests are saying that it feels colder and they expected the water to be hotter.

Another point: When the internal Jacuzzi was fixed and turned on, why everybody was willing to go there? Literarily we had to wait on a queue. And it was the only hot water place in the whole hotel.

The best hotel we could ask for.

Staff was very friendly, food was great.

Yemekler lezzetli ve doyurucu değil. Yemek seçimi esnasında Görsel sunumu yok. Tatlılar ve aparatifleri de beğenmedik. Mutfak çok amatör kaldı.
Ayrıca kasa kilitli kalmış 24 saatte üç kez resepsiyona söyledim. 24. Saatte görevliyi gönderebildiler
Üzerine birde üçüncü gün akşamı klima soğuk üfledi. Resepsiyon görevli ile panel radyatör gönderdi . Geceyi kurtardık. Tabiki Kartalkaya faciası aklımızda olduğu için yatarken radyatör kapattım. Üşüdük yani.

Very nice stuff.The hotel is so clean and the food is delicious.I like that place and I will recommend it.

The hotel was spacious and rooms were very well kept
2 notes : the beds are much less firm than expected .
Employees and supplier unfortunatly smoke just under the room window which makes it bit annoying .

Très agréable séjour dans cet établissement Haut de Gamme. Chambre confortable, restauration de bon niveau, très bon service.
Dommage quelques détails de finitions (rien de grave) empêche de mettre 10/10.
Nous avons déjà fait plusieurs hôtel 5* sur Velingrad , Kashmir est pour nous le meilleur. Nous reviendrons assurément.

Prachtig nieuwe hotel mooi spa mooie kamers. Goed eten.
Personeel weet niets, spreken geen Engels of klein beetje. Als wij vroegen of er what te doen is in velingrad zeiden ze dat er niets is.daarna bleek dat er een feestje in het dorp was die wij gemist hebben
