The property was extremely clean and well maintained, the room was very spacious and the bed was unbelievably comfortable it’s the best sleep I’ve had in a long time!
There was a function in the conference room and you couldn’t hear it at all not even when leaving

Good location
Thin walls you can hear everything around you like they would speak in your room. Keep in mind that there is a ballroom right next within the hotel and on weekends party or wedding are being held. The music stopped around 11:30 but for day sleepers this might be a issue
Nu am luat camera . Mocheta foarte murdară iar în cameră mirosea foarte urat .Baiatul de la recepție din păcate nu are nici o legătură cu profesia de recepționer . Ne a arăta o altă cameră mai acceptabilă dar când am ajuns la recepție băiatul de la recepție (în cazul în care aveți doi recepționeri cel cu cercei în urechi) a zis ca trebuie sa i mai dăm 100 de lei pentru ca cea de a doua pe care ne a arătat-o este o cameră de “lux”și a vorbit foarte flegmatic cu noi …….

Tje laundry is terrible, they washed my pink sweater to gray. white pants to gray. and not even compensate me now!

We were charged in the wrong currency leading to added exchange rates charges due to a mistake by reception. The manager justified this by saying that they are low level employees and that are still in training which for the customer is irrelevant and unjustifiyable. We were not offered anything as conpensation for this error which could have been eaily avoided or compensated in some way.

Locația e ok
Am rezervat telefonic 3 camere și când am ajuns la locație ne au spus ca nu figuram cu rezervare și ne au taxat la tarif de recepție! Am avut un -300 lei din buzunarul nostru, pentru acest motiv , nota 1.
