Pros:

The location is good. 20-25 minutes walk from the airport. Right next to a bus stop that takes you to the city center.
The Wifi is decent (20+ mbps), with a stable connection.
Breakfast is good, with many choices.
If you are lucky, the lounge is a very good aurora view point.

Pros:

Recomendo! O hotel é excelente, com quartos confortáveis, boas instalações e funcionários muito prestativos — alguns, inclusive, extremamente amáveis. O café da manhã é um destaque à parte: completo e de alta qualidade, com opções como salmão defumado, saladas, iogurtes, pães frescos, cereais variados, ovos e geleias. A cama é mais firme (no melhor sentido), o que é um alívio em comparação com hotéis que optam por colchões excessivamente moles (que parece ser a tendencia ultimamente). Outro ponto alto foi a experiência de conseguir ver a aurora boreal diretamente do rooftop do hotel. A vista dos quartos tanto para o lado das montanhas quanto para o lado das casinhas é muito bonita, um verdadeiro diferencial do hotel.

Cons:

Antes de ir, esteja ciente sobre a localização do hotel, eu estava bem informada por isso nao foi um problema para mim. Este hotel não fica no centro da cidade, então é necessário se deslocar até lá para acessar as principais atrações, inclusive os passeios para ver a aurora boreal normalmente saem e retornam ao centro somente (a nao ser que voce pague um grande extra para a empresa te deixar no hotel). Durante o dia, o ônibus 28 faz o trajeto Moxy-Centro em cerca de 18 minutos e é fácil de usar, com pagamento do bilhete direto ao motorista. No entanto, à noite, após os passeios, não há circulação de ônibus, o que exige pagar um Uber/taxi para ser deixado no hotel (consegui Uber bem fácil, mesmo sendo de madrugada).
O hotel é bem próximo ao aeroporto, sendo possível ir a pé (cerca de 25 minutos de caminhada) se voce estiver com pouca bagagem. Eu fui em março, quando ainda havia algum gelo/neve nas ruas, e foi tranquilo fazer esse trajeto, mas imagino que no inverno mais intenso possa ser um pouco mais difícil. No entorno do hotel há um Burguer King e um supermercado a 5 minutos de caminhada.

Fantastic location, away from town centre but near airport.
Pros:

Great hotel, really good location 20 mins walk from the aiport on safe path underpass etc if you dont want a taxi. Rooms are quite compact, but its in an excellent location for exploring Tromso. Right next to bus station and no28 bus into tromso quite frequently. Also you pass it on a number of organised trips from the city, so we got dropped off there on our return as we were passing it anyway. No real noise from airport i think it has thick windows in the rooms.

We were right by the lifts even, and didnt hear them either.

Bar/reception on the 11th floor has an excellent view over the water past the airport, saw northern lights from the bar balcony several times.

Really great atmosphere quiet, lots of seating . they had a good breakfast combination of cooked, fruit, bread, cereals etc - and the bar does food in the evening as well.

would visit again.

Cons:

nothing really, its quite expensive, but Norway is not a cheap country to visit

Widok z restauracji i lobby robi niesamowite wrażenie - to jest największy atut tego miejsca. Bardzo dobre śniadania.

Cons:

Wystrój pokoju jest bardzo surowy, nie czuliśmy się w nim przytulnie. Zdecydowanie brakuje zestawu zestawu do kawy i herbaty. Brak jakiegokolwiek miejsca do przechowywania.

Habitación simple y azotea mágica
Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel sin duda es la azotea, donde puedes disfrutar de partidas al billar, futbolín, juegos de mesa o simplemente relajarte tomándote algo.
Todo esto mientras esperas a que salgan las auroras boreales, que entonces sales a la terraza que tiene unas vistas estupendas.

Cons:

Me faltaron algo más de accesorios de aseo personal. Por ejemplo, no hay cepillo de dientes ni pasta de dientes, no hay compresas, no hay gorro de ducha...
También me faltó neverita en la habitación para poder dejar medicación o batidos.

Muy buen hotel con Vista incleible “ Autoras Boreales ”
Pros:

Ubicación y el piso 11 con todo (juegos, almuerzo, cena, desayunos, tragos, etc… ) con vistas, impecable!!!

It was a wonderful stay with beautiful views and I will always come back to this place.
Pros:

The location was the best thing. It was close to the airport, and could be reached by walking. The open terrace is the ideal spot to watch Aurora, and the view from the reception is beautiful. Also, the breakfast spread was good, along with the welcome drinks!!

Pros:

Frukosten var jätte bra, jätte fin utsickt från elfte våningen där baren är och jätte trevligt organiserat med biliard bord och bordsfotboll plus andra bordsspel.
Jätte fin gym med alla viktigaste verktyg. Jätte bra läge, nära till flygplatsen och två bussar som tar direkt till centrum i närheten. 5 minuter från hotellet finns också busshållplatsen som tar en til Sommaroy om man vill.
Vi kommer säkert tillbaka! Det ända är priset men priserna är höga överallt så det har inte med hotellet att göra.....

Sehr schade, fand ich, dass es am Mittag vor meiner Abreise kein Kaffee gab für das angebotene Freigetränk, sondern ein festgelegtes extrem süßes nicht-alkoholisches Getränk.
Zudem konnte man als Gast in anderen norwegischen Hotels, in denen ich auch auf meiner Reise war, jederzeit Kaffeegetränke , aber auch Tee kostenlos, selber holen.
Sehr schade, dass es hier in diesem Hotel nicht möglich war.

Leider war der Verbindungstunnel nach Tromsö gesperrt, daher hohe Transportkosten um nach Tromsö Stadt zu kommen
