Pros:

My experience at Wood Hotel Bodø was great. In enjoyed my 2 nights stay, expecially as I got to see the Northern Lights from the parking nearby (from my bedroom too).
If you're relying on public transport there's a bus station 15min walking down the hill or you can take a taxi or walk about 30min to town center. I tried all 3 options.
Breakfast choices are plenty and personnel is very kind and helpful.
They even supply dental kit and slippers.

Cons:

The only downside was that I didn't have a kettle & tea in my room, but it didn't spoil my stay.

Pros:

The views from the hotel are amazing, whether it’s views from your room, the restaurant or just the car park. It’s a stunning place.

Cons:

Stengt basseng pga vind. Lag vindskjerm. Strekk et tau som en kan holde seg i for ikke å falle på isen. Flytte trekket på bassenget til den andre siden for å lette adkomsten til bassenget

Fabulous bucket list experience with stunning views exceptional staff and fantastic food
Pros:

The stunning views, the whole hotel is focused on wood even with a wooden key card! The rooms all have stunning views.
The restaurant is used each morning for breakfast which is phenomenal as they provide everything you can think of to eat and all freshly made, even juices and shot juices! Make your own waffles!!
The spa has a rooftop pool outside which we braved in the Baltic weather but absolutely worth it and ricked off one thing one our bucket list!
Most importantly every member of staff we met were exceptional with us asking if we needed/wanted anything any time of the night and day. Fabulous team of people x

Cons:

Nothing as we were thrilled from start to finish and we stayed 6 nights! Absolutely want to return to the Wood hotel!

Flott beliggenhet, litt små rom, men rent og pent. Ingen bussforbindelse til the Wood - kun taxi
Pros:

Frokosten var ypperlig, beliggenheten også. Rommene er litt små, men greit nok.

Fantastic hotel. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff fantastic at check in and helpful. Modern decor.
Views during breakfast and from pool are amazing at over the water.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small in the room I had.
Don't forget to factor in the cost of taxi in and out of town every day, around 250NOK each way
