Nice and clean. Best service than other places

Staff was very nice and helpful. Washrooms could be improved. For some reason the shower stoped working which was very inconvenient but maintenance came to fix it.

Contactar con el hotel ha sido imposible, no responden los mensajes y no hay teléfonos a los que llamar en ninguna parte.
Por las mañanas muy temprano como todas las habitaciones dan a un patio hay mucho ruido de la gente.
El check-out es demasiado pronto respecto a otros hoteles.

El trato no ha sido el mejor. No recomendable.

Good inexpensive place to stay for a day or two. Annoying that they expect 9:30 AM check out

My room didn’t have hot water when I asked someone they said they will change us rooms and didn’t .
I was told by front desk we had included breakfast but when we got to breakfast we got kicked out

everyone was nice.

Cute place with lovely rooms. The ocean view was a plus. Loved watching the little sharks eat the thousands of little jumping, fish.

Great for the price, they have a pool and someone is alway at reception if you need anything.

Location is central with a 6 minute walk to the airport which is great!
Rooms are basic, shower was cold if water pressure is turned on above medium. Basically you have to take a drip shower if you want hot warer. Might have been the room we were in.
The hitel is good if you're looking for a basic place to stay.

First, they didn't gave us the room we booked. I booked a triple room and the gave us a double. When my mom went to ask they first said we would have to wait 2 hours till the room was ready but then aroun 10min later they said they will not give us pur correct room because it was not convenient for them to charge the price that was on the app and if we wanted to change rooms we would had to pay 20 per night. They didn't gave us a solution and we were charged a triple room for a double room.

The staff is very unpolite and unwilling to help, they charged us in order to change our room because it was extremely noisy. If you are staying longer than a night, I recommend to look somewhere else.

The property is a short walk from the airport, restaurants and cafes. The staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Susie- she is great and extremely helpful. The hotel itself is clean. The only downside was that our room had a strong musky smell, which can be linked with mould, mildew and poor ventilation. The smell is so potent that it hits you in the face as soon as the door to the room opens. It’s all I could smell while sleeping- I was quite worried about our health while staying there. Given this, we limited the time we spent in the room. We were out doing activities each day anyway, so not a huge problem. I’m unsure if all the rooms are this way- perhaps we just landed a bad room. However, based off this experience, I would not stay there again. It’s quite dangerous to one’s health be inhaling mould spores.

Excellent stay - 3 minute walk from the pier, lots of restaurants. Will definitely stay again in the future.
