Lindo espacio, servicio regular

Lindo hotel, moderno, con lindas amenidades y servicios

Cons:

Mucho que trabajar en capacitar al staff. El hotel es lindo pero por el precio se espera que se dé un servicio espectacular y no es así. Pedimos apoyo para llenar el jacuzzi en habitación y nunca llegaron. En el desayuno nunca nos informaron que se pueden pedir huevos al gusto y tuvimos que darnos cuenta. En el estacionamiento si eres huésped hay que pagar 15 dólares que tampoco es expresado desde un inicio. El gimnasio está arriba de la alberca y respiras todo el cloro mientras haces ejercicio. El staff es lindo pero le falta capacitación. En la habitación se metieron estando dormidos para querer hacer la limpieza en vez de esperar a que salgamos. Mucho que desear por lo que se cobra además de que cobran cuotas en el hotel que no se expresan en la plataforma y el total siempre aumenta de lo que uno piensa que va a pagar. Las luces del cuarto son inteligentes por lo que no puedes dejar solo la lámpara de afuera prendida sin que se prenda todo. Mucho que desear al haber pagado tanto

Localização simpática, numa zona arejada e nova, embora longe do centro histórico.
Quartis excelentes e modernos, óptimo pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Não consigo perceber como, depois de fazer uma reserva no Booking com retidas as taxas e impostos incluídos, no final o hotel nos obriga a pagar uma taxa governamental de 10%…E temos que pagar, senão quase que somos presos. Afinal o que é isto? Quem me está a enganar? O hotel ou o Booking?
É preciso rever isto e definir as regras do jogo.

Probably the best hotel in the city
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks offered at the restaurant and bar are also very good.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more inclusive for vegetarians/vegans. For instance, by offering more warm dishes without meat and offering dairy-free milks or yoghurts.
