Probably the best hotel in the city
Pros:

The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks offered at the restaurant and bar are also very good.

Cons:

The breakfast could be more inclusive for vegetarians/vegans. For instance, by offering more warm dishes without meat and offering dairy-free milks or yoghurts.

Fantastic location and beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very good breakfast buffet on top floor with magnificent views. The lobby staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel is perfect for getting to various parts of the city. The hotel is priced well for all it offers.

Superb! Highly recommended. The best in Quito.
Pros:

Location, decoration, size of the room, comfort of the room, great light design and interruptors well placed. Bathroom is excellent. The view is stunning. Staff super professional and friendly. Food is very good and view of 17th floor is exceptional.

Staff aren’t welcoming or friendly- they did the bare minimum and really not interested in guests except the bar and coffee shop man who were lovely.

Amazing rooms and even better restaurants
Pros:

The room was great. It was high-tech, comfortable, and very clean. Had all the amenities you will need including the best restaurant on the roof. I had the best meals there during my entire trip in Ecuador.

Perfect stay in Quito with amazing views!!!
Pros:

GO Quito Hotel was a great stay for us while spending 3 days exploring the area. The hotel has AMAZING city views from the restaurant and our room too. The room was very comfortable and a great size. A/C worked beautifully and the shower was nice and hot. The staff were so nice and attentive, and the food and drinks at the restaurant were very good. Everything was a real pleasure. We would highly recommend staying!

Pros:

Excelente personal. Muy atentos. La ubicación céntrica, y muy buenos cuartos. El baño grande, muy bien didtribuido. Me gustó el sistema de la botella de agua que se recargaba, lo podía hacer varias veces al dia. El desayuno Excelente. Buen spa.

Cons:

Lobby poco atractivo, y tener que salir del cuarto para rellenar la botella de agua a media noche.
