We had early morning departures and did not have breakfast at the Hotel. Our first stay on March 13, we were on the 9th floor so was quiet and had an interesting view of the Park across the busy street. Our second stay on March 17 we found the staff very friendly and helpful. For whatever reason we were booked in a Business room both times. We knew there was only 'one' chair in the Room and on the second stay, asked to have a second chair and this happened immediately. In particular the doorman was excellent. When our Ride-Share arrived he had us wait in the Lobby until he checked their credentials. The second visit we ordered a 'Ham, cheese, fruit platter' through Room Service and it was Excellent plus being of good value.
Our second stay, we were in a Business room once again. We could never understand why. Also the room was on the first floor so no view whatsoever.
Breakfast was great. Lots of options for the family.
The staff was really nice.
Parking was ideal.
The facilities were nice and clean.

Die Lage ist optimal. Man fühlt sich total sicher dort. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Nähe. Die Mitarbeiter sind total hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Es gab einen kleinen Heizkörper. Super für den kühlen Morgen.
Die Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Nach 4 Tagen war ich nicht sicher, ob noch Sauerstoff drin ist. ;)
I stayed here for tourism and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Quito. There are parks nearby, plenty of affordable restaurants, and the convention center is right next door, so it is easy to get around and find things to do.
The staff were wonderful throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Breakfast was amazing and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day and the room service was also very good.
One detail I really appreciated was the handwritten notes left by the housekeeping staff. After a long day of sightseeing it was such a nice surprise to come back to the room and see a thoughtful message with a small philosophical quote. It was a beautiful personal touch that made the stay feel extra welcoming.
There were a few small hiccups during my stay, but what really stood out was how quickly and professionally the staff handled everything. They addressed any issues right away and made sure everything was resolved, which I really appreciated. Overall it did not affect my experience and I felt very well taken care of.

Yo recomiendo y volveria a ir a hospedarme de nuevo porque te sentís bien atendido desde que los de seguridad que estan en la entrada te habren la puerta.😎
