Mi piso es 8 y no se veía moderno como los dormitorios de abajo. Además no me gustó si vamos un equipo y queremos ir a la habitación donde están no podía ir al piso que estaban porque mi tarjeta solo era del piso 8. Más variedad del desayuno

Me cancelaron la reserva antes de subirme al avión cuando yo no tenia la posibilidad de hacer nada, llegué a las 3 de la mañana y no tuve a donde llegar.

Good experience after jumping through some hoops
Pros:

The location is superb! The breakfast is huge and has many options. The entire place was extremely clean. The staff goes out of their way to make it a great stay. When I realized the AC didnt work in the first room I was assigned, the bag helper guy arranged a different room for me and even helped me pack and move my things while my husband was out. That guy needs a promotion! I could understand him way better than the front desk people. The hotel has 24 hour security and will lend you an umbrella if you need it. It was effortless and affordable to get a ride to the airport when we needed it from one of their partner drivers. Some of the rooms I saw faced the busy street. I recommend asking for one on the other side...those were much quieter. Water has good pressure and is hot. Free water provided daily. Iron and plenty of hangers in the room.

Cons:

The breakfast was a tad cold even thought we arrived 2 minutes after opening. The gym needs more weights. I had initially booked a large king room with a living room. It didnt have a functional AC. 2 other rooms I was shown also had malfunctioning AC. Eventually got a 4th room that was quite small but had a functioning AC. Didnt receive any discount for taking a room half the size of what was booked. The blankets are way too thick for the climate...we are not in Siberia guys.

Una hermosa experiencia
Pros:

La vista desde mi habitación hacía el parque la carolina estaba espectacular, la habitación era grande y espaciosa, el desayuno buffet también estaba muy bien, como deportista puedo decir lo que faltó en el desayuno fue mas variedad de proteína.

Cons:

La Televisión no funcionó sin embargo al llamar a recepción enviaron a un técnico y nos solucionaron de inmediato.
