If your in Quito for a night or even a week, its such great value for money.
Pros:

I don’t normally write reviews, but felt compelled to write this …Amazing experience, such a lovely establishment, and definitely doesn’t have a hostal feel, more like a hotel. The staff fall over themselves to make you feel comfortable and welcome, Anna is superb and helped us with an issue we had with the airline. Fernando and Alejandro were also superb ..

It feels like home away from… definitely not a hostal!
Pros:

It feels more like a 4 star hotel than a hostal. The staff were outstanding. The airline lost my suitcase and the receptionist ANNA took it up herself to personally make contact with the airport and then follow up daily. She also gave us suggestions about what to visit in the city etc, Fernando and Alejandro were also super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We were given hot water bottles at night and fresh coffee delivered to our room when we just felt like coffee, nothing was too much to ask.

Cons:

I’ve tried and tried and cannot think of anything..

excelente custo benefício para quito.
Pros:

a acomodação é limpa, organizada, equipe atenciosa , chuveiro bom e café da manhã legal e localização boa. No geral, achei um excelente custo x benefício. Destaco, novamente , que a equipe é muito boa sempre atendendo aos meus pedidos.

Cons:

Penso que eles poderiam observar mais a questão de vedação de luminosidade que vem do lado externo pois as cortinas no meu quarto não vedavam toda luminosidade externa e quem gosta de escuridão total é bom ter algo para vedar os olhos.

Pretty noisy considering the area is a party area, no where to hang towels in the bathroom.

Muito bom hotel
Pros:

Funcionária muito atenciosa levou uma bolsa de água quente para me esquentar durante a noite fria. Banho quente e com pressão, muito bom! Comidades do quarto eram muito boas!

Cons:

Não curti muito a localização, não era tão central e não tinha tantos restaurantes próximos.

Buena ubicación y personal del hotel muy atento, amable y colaborativo.

Cons:

Los dos desagües de baño estaban tapados y tenían mal olor. Lo informamos y dijeron que lo iban a arreglar pero todo siguió igual. Las habitaciones no son muy agradables, se siente un ambiente un poco viejo y no tan limpio. Las vistas no son buenas.
