Dimensiunea si utilitatea apartamentului. Pozitionarea excelenta fata de mare, locul de parcare potrivit. Balconul exagerat de spatios si disponibil pentru vederea la mare si la lac.
We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to wait a max of 3 business days for the money to be available in my account..
They called me and said was an error and they cannot send the money via PayPal cause the money is only blocked... might be only blocked but I cannot use it. 2 transactions taken that I did not authorize instead of refunding the initial money....So for 3 days I am left without 122 Euros for which I did not authorize 2 "blocked" payments...
The rooms itself were nice, the only thing missing toilet paper. The location will be nice once all the building are done, going to the beach you have to walk through a building site.
Nice and modern designed apartments, finishings could be better. The place has definetely a lot of potential for the future.

Problem is not every owner makes sure all apartments are at the same standards of maintenace. Still a lot of construction happeneing in the area.
The property was stunning and was very clean. However there wasn’t room service to replace the bedding or the towels , thats the only thing that was a let down .
The location is nice because you can see the beach from your balcony however i would suggest going further north of the beach because the sand quality gets better if you travel north ( by car) for 5 mins , also renting a seat on the beach is cheaper north 40/50 ron

That the building it is under construction

Everything rest was just terrible.
Most probably it's a fraud, because an accommodation which we were put in was not responding to none of the photos provided on the booking.com during the booking.
We were put in apartment No. 18 on the first floor. First, just when we have entered these apartments there was terrible odor smell like between a spoiled fish and building materials (but repair was made a very long time ago). In 30 mins after our stay we've realized that it's impossible to keep staying because I was getting a headache because of odor smell.
The overall condition of the apartment was just disgusting.
Unfinished. And even in this state, basically everything was broken. At the pictures you can see the front door lock falling out, the broken bathroom, the doorway. But the highlight was a shelf in the hall that was propped up with Lego blocks. It supposed to be a hanging, but it was broken and to keep the TV from finally falling off it, this was invented. Apart from the fact that even if the TV fell with the shelf, it could even injure our children.
Aside from the fact that everything was filthy. It's even scary to think what the toilet brush in the bathroom was smeared with.
When you book an apartment, it's supposed that you can cook yourself at least a breakfast, but the kitchen utensils, in particular the pan was in such awful state that cooking on it was simply dangerous for your health. Everything was very dirty, in the refrigerator were leftovers from previous people.
The air conditioner could not be turned on independently, only with the participation of a representative of the apartment.
There was garbage on the veranda and even cigarette butts in the ashtray, even though we do not smoke.
Horrible beds, furniture and interior did not correspond to the photos on the website. And the design of the rooms was out of the question.
Considering all these factors, I've asked the management company for a replacement, but they replied that they had nothing else for the booked dates.
In this regard, I was forced to look for another place to stay and contact booking.com for a refund.
But the answer was that accommodation is ready to reimburse just a part of payment: they're going to deduct one day's stay without any reason explanation. And if I do not agree with something, I can contact the representatives of the apartments directly to settle the problem.
Reaction and actions of the booking.com is not acceptable.

I liked the idea to be on the beach but not in a whole construction site.
I woke up on the first morning intoxicated by painting smell that came through ventilation , except the noise .around the building is dust and metal wires that can injure your feet. our studio was with a small bed not even an double .
