Pros:

Персоналът беше любезен и отзивчив!
Храната през повечето дни беше вкусна, макар не много разнообразна!

Cons:

Стаите имат нужда от реновиране.
В банята водата не се оттичаше и постоянно седи една локва вода под душа.
Също така топлата вода е на бойлер и когато сте с деца е некомфортно да чакаш, за да се изкъпеш.

It was very clean, the amenities were great and the staff was amazing and incredibly helpful <3

Cons:

If you’re without a car it’s a bit difficult to go into the city by foot. You have to walk on the main road.

Просторни и топли апартаменти.
Закуските и вечерите бяха вкусни.
Басейн е топъл и чист .Сауната и парната баня бяха винаги включени.Имаше парка места.
Добро съотношение между цена и качество.Персоналът е отзивчив.

Матраците не бяха удобни.
Ако карате ски до най-близкият паркинг е 15 мин.с кола.

Güzel konumu ve ilgili personeliyle memnun kaldığımız, ancak kış şartları için oda ve havuz sıcaklığının iyileştirilebil

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü ve bizimle yakından ilgilendiler. Yemeği önceden ayarladığımız için normalden 1–2 saat önce talep etmemize rağmen yine yardımcı oldular. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım.

Cons:

Bir gece konakladım. Kayak sezonunda ailemle gittim. Oda biraz soğuktu. Çocuklar havuza girmek istedi ancak havuz suyu da soğuktu

Μείναμε ικανοποιημένοι με εξαίρεση την πισίνα
Pros:

Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά και ευρύχωρα. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Ήταν πολύ κοντά στο Pamporovo.

Cons:

Η πισίνα ήταν κρύα και ενώ ήταν ένας από τους λόγους που επιλέξαμε το ξενοδοχείο τελικά δεν μπορέσαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο και τα παιδιά απογοητεύτηκαν.
